"The room was clean and had everything required for an over night stay."

"Staff need to check that all bottles of soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are actually full. Many were empty. Crockery and cutlery were also insufficient....example no complete set of plates, knives etc.It was very quiet too."

"The room was clean and bed comfy, shower and other amenities were fine, but the toilet didn't flush well at all. The surrounds of the property were sadly neglected and not maintained. The location of this Motel was the reason we stayed, as we have for many years and it was disappointing to see the condition of the gardens, pool and grounds now."
