"Very close to everything, bed was comfortable and room was spotlessly clean"

"Price gouging at its best for the weekend of the show Bar staff grumpy Receptionist was disorganized and checkin was painful when it shouldnt have been since all was paid well before the arrival date and all details were provided and it still took an eternity to sort out. Good rooms and breakfast but for what they charge it needs to be"

"The room wasn't cleaned properly or topped up of amenities like tea and coffee. Parking always convenient, room was a little dirty in places. Still a great stay."

"Really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and comfortable, which made a big difference after a long day of travelling. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout – they went out of their way to answer questions and make sure everything was sorted. Wi-Fi was excellent – fast and reliable the whole time, which was perfect for work and streaming. Parking was easy and convenient, right on site with plenty of space. Overall a solid stay with great value. Would happily recommend and stay again."

"Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night"

"El desayuno muy malo , la imagen del hotel no es buena falta personal y no hay atención en el desayuno decepcionado y mucho ya no pienso coger más hoteles del grupo Accord mucho para los accionarios y poco para los clientes y las presentaciones "

"El hotel no esta mal, pero el servicio de aseo es más que pésimo en las habitaciones, el servicio de housekeeping es terrible las camareras solo entran y estiran las cobijas, no limpian el baño no limpian el piso y la loza q sumistran no la lavan. "
