"This has to be one of the best places we have stayed. Wonderful staff. Where else do they come out to greet you in the parking when you arrive?! A delightful room with views over the lake, an amazing picnic lunch left in our room with fresh bread, a pre-dinner drink and canapé and a superb dinner. All this in a spectacularly beautiful location. Thank you."

Vores børn elskede at løbe omkring og hilse på alle dyrene, og så var det et absolut højdepunkt at ro en tur i søen, og for første gang se næbdyr i fri natur. "We read the reviews and were intrigued. We stayed in winter, and it is cold in Bothwell. It would have been much more inviting if the hosts had the heater running prior to our arrival, but once the property warmed up after a few minutes the shock of how cold it was faded away. We stayed in the 1837 cottage. The accommodation is rustic, eclectically furnished and decorated, and gives an appreciation of life in times gone by. If you are after elegant, refined and well finished accommodation...
