Kamer is netjes, wordt elke dag gepoetst. Op weekdagen werden we op het derde verdiep gewekt door de speaker van de nabijgelegen school. Dit is een beetje jammer."

"The hotel is in a very good location, unfortunately it is very dirty, black mould all over the shower and dust everywhere. Strange stains over the bedhead and chair. The carpet next to the elevator had a big stain that looked like dried out vomit and stains all over the wall. The lobby is also very dirty, the chairs have clearly never been cleaned. We asked to change rooms because of the black mould all over the shower, and there were no rooms available without it. At the end they managed...

"The dirtiest hotel we have seen so far on our Indonesia trips (we have been easily in over 25 hotels so far). Also the first time we requested to get new rooms ever. First room: Garbage on the floor, hairs in the bed, clear sign of sheets not changed, walls need repainting, tv screen dirty, used guest shoes, huge spider webs in corners, dusty windows, stsins in bath room snd towels etc. etc. Management either does not know better or does not care.
