Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the second room was dirty and blew dust around the room. It was also very hot and uncomfortable. "This Hilton Hotel is superb! The reception desk people were so helpful. The room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the cricket ground, which is why we booked to stay there. Beefy's restaurant on the upper ground floor of the hotel was exceptional both for dinner and breakfast. One thing we would have appreciated in our room was a small refrigerator to keep wine, water and milk cold"

"When we arrived there was no towels , we tried to call twice but no answer , I asked a member of staff who was picking there feet at the door and sent through to the kitchen whilst they just continued rabbiting on the phone. I was given a manky well used stained towel when I asked for two , I was told there was only one clean towel. The bedding in the room was creased and thrown on.
