"All of the staff were great, the location is lovely and the room was acceptable. Unfortunately the rooms are showing the age of the building. There appeared to be EV trickle charging in the paid parking that the hotel was ok with people using which is a great initiative. "Me and my Girlfriend are very well welcomed at the check in by Genevieve. Such a lovely person."

"Único tema: wifi no funcionaba bien en horas pico en el tercer piso"

"We stayed in the standard unit and the only fault is the tv up on the wall faces the bed so kids had to sit on bed to watch TV. The room was a good size and had a comfy bed, good kitchen and had everything needed for cooking, which we didn't use but it's all there. The park is a great size and there's enough for kids to do. I would not hesitate to stay at the park again."

"We were so happy with everything the staff were very freindly the room was clean and it was quite. I would reconmend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay ."

"Good"

"Great place to stay. Great location."

"Chalets de 2 habitaciones, con cocina y todo para pasar unos dias. La estancia estaba muy limpia y todo funcionaba correctamente. Se encuentra a escasos 3 minutos en coche del centro donde tienes restaurantes y comercios. "

"Llegamos fuera de hora pero teníamos las llaves preparadas en el buzón al efecto. La calefacción no llegaba al cuarto de baño. ducha muy pequeña"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was lovely and presented well, in a quiet location with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed in Family Cabin 15 and had a couple of minor issues. The door lock was quite difficult to open, and some of the sheets folded on the bunk beds were unfortunately dirty. Thankfully, we only needed to use one of the beds, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, a lovely place to stay and we would happily return."

"Stay here regularly whilst in Warrnambool for work. Always an enjoyable stay. Clean and comfortable."

"The bath towel had a horrible big brown stain on it. There was a cold draft in the cabin witch I ended up with the flu, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable 🙃 Would not stay there again"
