"Communication was not great, if check in is 3pm and you won’t provide the door pin till check in (even when we message at 1pm) then you need to send the pin at 3pm. I messaged multiple times to get the pin. We got the pin at 7pm… after calling Stayz the company. Some beds are just mattresses on the floor too "

"It was on the 34th floor and the view was very good. The location was also close to the main attractions, so it was convenient to move. The kitchen is also equipped with tableware, so it is very suitable for a family trip. However, it's a bit disappointing that there are no parking facilities."

"The Kitchenette was clean and equipped with good supply of cutlery, crockery, tea and breakfast cereal, cleaning agents, sponge tea towel, paper towel.The bedroom, shower and spa was clean, spa takes about 30mins to fill, which is fine, just be aware if you are short of time. Clean and plentiful supply of bathroom towels."
