"Staff at check in was lovely, in room amenities exceptional, complimentary wine and snacks lovely (though it was 2am when we arrived so did not partake) The airport transfer meeting place was ambiguous and could have been simplified by using airport signage as reference - eg the pick up location is actually Pick Up area E at terminal 3. Easier to find and more accurate than the vague 'pickup at terminal 3-4'. Everything else was great."

The hotel itself is ok, had it been priced for what it was I would have rated it much higher although check in staff weren't overly friendly."

"Stayed with two kids in refurbished family room. Room was fine - spacious enough and comfortable. The Irish Bar downstairs is great and has delicious food and super friendly staff."

"Nice and comfortable, very nice and accommodating staff, close to the city, 4 people were sleeping in the cabin, and it was very comfortable, but the TV was very hard to handle, and the shower on last day did not work, no gas and the stove didn't work either. By the way, you do not get breakfast, just the cabin."

"This hotel is a bit of culture shock for European travellers. Shared bathrooms were something I did not expect but I’ve since discovered it’s common in country hotels in Australia. The hotel was being renovated, there were builders everywhere making a lot of noise with machinery early in the morning. Our bedroom at the booking stage was advertised as having a balcony but we ended up with a room with no window! It was a busy time in Kalgoorlie so we could not find an alternative hotel in the town...

"El piso en que hospedé tenía un fuerte olor a químico, muy desagradable. Probablemente se debe a una reciente remodelación. Sólo por ese motivo no lo recomendaría pero, además, la estadía sale muy cara si se considera el costo del desayuno (no incluido en mi tarifa, pese a lo señalado en el voucher) y el internet. El hotel tiene acceso gratis en el lobby, limitado a 30 minutos cada 24 horas. Para tener acceso a internet, el costo asciende a un 20% del valor de la habitación. El TV cable...

"It was comfortable but average only; 6/10; a bit noisy with contractors in most rooms leaving very early in the morning...........the meal I had at Amalfi was very good (Ceasars salad) and the service was excellent."
