"Great stay - the unit was spacious and comfortable. Nice to have cooking facilities. Only a short walk into town and down to the wharf/ship. A few chocolates was a nice touch. "

"Overall a very comfortable stay. Kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated but it was very spacious and had great extras like cooking oil and cling wrap. Also loved having a washing machine and dryer and the bed had an electric blanket. Would be a great place with kids as there’s a large lawn area out the back and a large green reserve at the front of the house. "

"Clean, homely and cosy house in a secluded location. The panoramic view is interrupted by an overhead transmission line that runs through the middle of the property - unfortunate, but doesn't bother you when you are inside the house. Overall, it was one of those pleasant stays that makes you want to come back again. "

Cosy, tastefully furnished and well equipped, with a variety of breakfast and other food items provided, plus a beautiful garden. Jo, the host, could not have been more hospitable. "

" What a gem in Albany!What a fantastic house - the photos honestly don’t do it justice! Beautifully presented, spacious, and full of character. The gas fire was perfect for those cool Albany nights, and the location couldn’t be better - just a short stroll to great coffee spots, restaurants, and local attractions. The Saturday Farmers Market is literally at the end of the street. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back!"

"This is the second time we have stayed at The Cottage and once again we were not disappointed. This place has everything you need and a very clean and well presented home. The fireplaces add to the cottage feel, with all the modern cons to support a relaxing stay.For us though, it was the view from the deck with a warm cup of tea in the morning and evening. "A lovely getaway in a quiet property with beautiful views. Beds were comfortable, having 3 toilets was a bonus, as was the spa bath. Had all the necessary kitchen utensils. Location was a bit isolated (you had to drive to get anywhere), but we enjoyed that as we were away from busy holiday crowds. Would recommend and definitely stay again!"

"Dolphin is a quality place to stay. Well located at Middleton Beach, fully equipped with everything you need including a well set up kitchen but also handy to several good take-away food outlets (walking or a short drive). "
