"Plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 young children. It is an easy walk to the beach from the property. I would recommend renting a golf cart or car to get to town and neighboring Carrillo beach. The pool and outdoor space were very nice. The house is stocked with plenty of supplies for cooking. Cleaning staff came twice during our stay and did a great job. Great stay overall."

"The property is just as pictured in the listing and is beautiful. Communicating with the property manager was a bit of a challenge. They list a phone number but if you don't have a working cell phone when you land, the number is useless. They suggest communicating by WhatsApp and that is fine, as long as you have the internet, which you will not have in your vehicle. "We LOVED staying here. It was a nice reprieve from the town centre and offered a completely different view being up so high. We did book it because it was walking distance to the beach, but I wouldn't really say it is as it's a pretty dusty dirt road a long way down, so the way back up would be pretty intense."

"Beautiful property! I hope I can come back again next year. Location was roomy, quiet and safe. We walked to the beach every morning for a swim and then Bohdi for yoga. House was so clean and comfortable. Lots of towels and linens for swimming and pool lounging. Concierge was so so helpful with bookings and questions. "We had a lovely stay at Ben's casita. It's a clean, comfortable space with very comfortable beds. Ben and the community manager were extremely accommodating regarding check in and check out, which we really appreciated. The casita is near the river and we could hear howler monkeys and saw some beautiful birds. We'd stay here again."

"We visited 3 VRBOs while in Costa Rica. This was the best of the 3. Very nice accomodation; quiet, private, well appointed. Samara is a relaxing, easy going town with a fantastic beach and easy drive from Liberia. "Très eau séjour de 5 semaines à Nosara. L’endroit est magnifique et le personnel de soutient était très attentif à nos besoins. Petit bémol, sur l’entretien extérieur du terrain et de la piscine. Probablement à cause de la période, beaucoup de feuilles et autres qui tombent des arbres. En cette période, la fréquence d’entretient pourrait être augmentée.
