"Excellent location, close to the airport if you need to catch a flight. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Very pleasant and helpful staff. And the free breakfast was amazing!"

"Pour sound insulation in the room. Lots of noise past midnight from guests in adjacent rooms and floor above my room. Shuttle to and from airport was very good."

"I paid for 2 rooms, but the front desk worker kept looking at the other couple that I was with for confirmation. I had to let him know that I booked the rooms and was paying for the rooms. Felt disrespected and will definitely stay in a newer hotel when I am back in Costa Rica. Location is also in a very sketchy part of town."
