"The bartenders at the pool (Orlando) and inside (Actual) were great even though they ran out of beer, not their fault😂. I didn’t understand the cashiers job, wasted money as they did nothing but stare at their phones or read books. Not even help others with what they do, an efficiency expert would go nuts. Customer service at front desk was frustrating (maybe language barrier), they didn’t like splitting bills at the bar or restaurant like it was too much for them to do. The day we left they...

"The overall building is charming and well maintained for its age. The rooms however, could use some upgrades. Property is conveniently located in a central area with a shopping center right across. Most of the staff was useful and professional. The breakfast was good."

"The room was massive. It was a little noisy and you couldn’t really walk around the neighbourhood during the night. Even during the daytime, it’s a little sketchy but the hotel is situated only about a 3 minute Uber to downtown. Well worth the money."

"Great staff...a staff member at breakfast showed us how to open and drink directly from a coconut and created a dolphin shaped banana cut in half for my daughter...so friendly and in good spirits. Made our stay memorable. Please was clean and efficient as expected."
