The guy working in the coconout bar is the best and the general manager was very helpful helping us to solve all our problems. Its not very easy to get there so make sure to contact them before arriving so they explain you well."

Buena piscina, aunque a partir de las 17 h no pudimos usarla porque al parec r coincidía con las fiestas del Festival Agua - Bom ok Touk - y estaba reservada a clientes. "

"Highly recommend! The staff here go out of their way to help and aim to please! The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery making it feel like an oasis in the middle of the city. Rooms are huge and clesn with lots of little touches - door snake to prevent any small insects, robes, safe, toiletries, etc. The hotel provides laundry service, transportation and tour booking - all of whic we used and were very happy with how easy they made everything. The staff really made the difference because there were many of them and there are not that many rooms in the hotel - which guaranteed a true 5 star treatment. Para mi gusto tiene un punto negativo, es un hotel mayoritariamente para turistas chinos, lo que supone convivir con sus costumbres (p.e: escupen continuamente) lo cual no siempre los turistas occidentales lo vemos con buenos ojos. El resto todo perfecto."
