Modern and clean (ignoring the common hall carpets), friendly and helpful staff, decent and affordable laundry machines in the basement, perfect location for catching all sorts of public transportation, dining, shopping, etc. The main issue would be no A/C or way to adjust the heat, but opening the window does help except then it’s very, very loud outside. The temperature is manageable in the colder months, but this would not be an option...
