Enjoy an unforgettable vacation in the UNESCO World Heritage region of Lake Neusiedl! Welcome to the C'EST LA SEA apartments – your exclusive holiday apartments with large terraces overlooking the rooftops of Neusiedl am See and the extensive wellness area! These fully equipped apartments are perfect for couples, for up to 4 adults, or for families with up to 2 children. Experience unique moments with a fine glass of wine on your terrace as the sun sets over Lake Neusiedl. You can choose between our roof terrace suite and our spacious terrace suite with a particularly large outdoor terrace (approx. 45 m²). In the apartment complex, you can use the wellness area (approx. 800 m²) with an indoor pool (open year-round), 3 saunas, 2 steam baths, a laconium, a Kneipp bath, and a well-equipped fitness center free of charge. The well-maintained outdoor area features a large pool (heated from May to October). In addition to a bathroom and a bedroom with direct access to the terrace, our holiday apartments feature a large, open-plan living-dining area (also with terrace access) with a pull-out sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, oven or microwave, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and much more, leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to cook your own meals.

Cyclists are also welcome. Lockable bicycle storage is available in the basement.

Lake Neusiedl, the Neusiedl lido, the harbor, and numerous restaurants and wine taverns are just a short walk or a 2-minute drive away. A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation. Neusiedl am See/Bad train station is just a few minutes' walk away. Thanks to its good and quick connections to Vienna, the apartment is also ideal for city travelers who enjoy a vacation in the countryside or a typical holiday region and who want to take advantage of the wellness area after a strenuous day of sightseeing. The Slovakian capital, Bratislava, is also easily accessible for a day trip. The Parndorf Designer Outlet Center, the largest of its kind in Central Europe, is only about 7 minutes by car from the apartment. The region offers a variety of excursion options for families. (Family Park Neusiedlersee, various beach resorts, St. Martins Therme, various riding stables, Pamhagen Steppe Animal Park, etc.). The international airports of Vienna-Schwechat and Bratislava (Slovakia) are only 25 and 40 minutes away, respectively. We are happy to arrange airport transfers upon request.
