"We stayed 4 nights in the hotel and attended wedding. This hotel was the main stay for all the wedding guests. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and forgot our shopping bag. But upon checking up soon, our bags were gone. We know, the hotel: restaurant staff took them. The staff wasn’t particularly helpful in helping us or reviewing the cameras. This gave a very unpleasant experience. For a hotel of this caliber, we didn’t expect this outcome. I guess, we just had to be careful....

"All the staff accept the staff who served the breakfast were really nice and helpful. Room was clean, new towels every day. Breakfast was really bad, if you trying to get a breakfast 30 min before it's ending you couldn't find some food and fried eggs were awful. Hotel not looks like on the pictures. 5 stars for front desk, cleaning and location"

"Wij waren er maar voor 1 nacht op onze weg naar zuid Spanje. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, de kamer was schoon maar wel heel basic. bedden waren prima in orde en de airco werkte goed en stil. Het ontbijtbuffet was ook prima in orde genoeg keuze. Parkeren koste 10 euro per nacht maar gaf wel een veilig gevoel en was langs het hotel zodat je niet met je bagage over straat hoefde te lopen"

"The online images did not match the actual rooms. Very small rooms, tiny bathroom, no other furniture than beds. No door handle. The only positive was the AC in the room. Will not recommend booking and will not stay there again."

"Lovely, properly Spanish hotel with tons of character 5 minutes from Calafell Castle.15-20 minutes walk from beach and main restaurants yet all meals available in hotel and very nicely cooked. You just have to make sure you tell them you want dinner in the morning. Best of all were the people, Salvadore,Cielo and the rest of the staff who will bend over backwards to he"
