"I and my son are really enjoy stay in this hotel, it’s the best hotel I have ever stay around the world, room clean, customer service is the best of politeness, front desk and hotel employee helped me at 4 am when I was really sick and brought me to hospital ( ER/ UGD ) and he waited me till I released from hospital, manager hotel checked on me in the morning and over meal to bring up to my room. I am looking forward to stay here in the future. Thank you so much for best services."

"This place is absolutely amazing. The rooms are spotless and unique, and the hotel is on a beautiful beach, but what makes it special are the staff. "Very pleased with this choice of Hotel . New hôtel, large and spacious room, 2min from the beach Pandam. Close to inner city. I visited for the Eclipse and wanted a scooter to roam around . All was booked everywhere, still, staff managed to arrange one for me. Staff extremely helpful. Very good food at the hotel restaurant (but smallish portions) Only drawback: my stay was too short. I loved Belitung ;)"
