"The air conditioning wss great BUT is only in the living room. This means you have to leave the bedroom door open all night to stay cool. We might as well have rented a studio closer to the centre. The location is nice and quiet within walking distance of the beach, shops, the tram and the promenade. However, it was a long walk into the centre of Nice.
