Sunny Days #403 FREE BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED - Newly Renovated

Chateau La Mer II Sunny Days 403 is a spacious and bright one-bedroom condo with a beautiful kitchen, cozy den and lovely bathroom. Located in a private spot on the second floor, renters enjoy the private, back balcony and front patio overlooking the pool. 

Sunny Days 403 is just steps away from our deeded, beach access which features a large sitting deck overlooking the beach.  There is a 65-inch Smart TV in the den and Smart TV in the bedroom with advanced cable, free Netflix and more. The apartment features a full-size washer and dryer on the balcony, as well as a beach wagon and toys in the interior hall closet. 
The cottage-white kitchen is accented by quartz countertops and sea glass backsplash.  Pull-out drawers and cabinets provide many dishes, pots and pans to use; or enjoy take-out at the pub-style dinette.
The condo features stainless-steel appliances including refrigerator with filtered water and ice, dishwasher and microwave. Renters enjoy the spacious, vaulted ceiling and electric fireplace in the den.  The large bedroom features elegant furniture, a mounted smart TV and lovely view off the balcony. 
Sunny Days 403 will make you feel right at home while on vacation so you can enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches and pristine emerald waters of the Gulf of America. 

•             Beach Service Included! Two chairs and umbrella are set up on our beach each day for your use. Beach service season                      runs March 1st through October 31st.
•             Smart TVs in living room & bedroom. Free Wifi, internet and Netflix
•             Fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes, and cookware needed.
•             Condo sleeps four comfortably with King bed in bedroom and Queen sofa sleeper.
•             Quality King Plush Pillow-Top Mattress.
•             Comfortable Sleeper Sofa features an extra thick five-inch mattress.
•             New Whirlpool stainless refrigerator with water/ice dispenser on front door.
•             New Keurig coffee maker for individual cup or whole pot brew.
•             Full size in-unit washer and dryer.   
•             All linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
•             Barbecue grill just steps away downstairs.

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.

 

Beach Service Included - 2 Chairs and Umbrella

Beach service is from March 6th through October 25th 8:00am - 4:00pm

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

Exactly as advertised!

Very nice place. One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Beach is a 5 minute walk..restaurants in walking distance. Perfect place for us to celebrate our 43rd anniversary! Richard was very helpful with check in…just happened to be there when we pulled in. Will definitely be back!

First timer

when we arrived, there were no extra blankets and pillows (things happen, not a big deal!) - the landlord immediately brought us over some. he was great at communication. he also came and cleaned our bathtub drain out (just build up of sand & such). not too much to complain about, it’s good for the price, if that makes sense. the 1 thing that does need addressed is the bathroom exhaust fan. the vent itself collects a lot of moisture (maybe the filter needs changed?) causing it to drip all over the floor. & it is also starting to cause mold around it. that is the only reason i didn’t 10/10 this property.

Great Condo

Although we were only there a couple of days, this condo made our stay very comfortable. Everything was as described and convenient to the multiple places we were going. The area is safe and within walking distance to the beach. Great communication and we were provided beforehand with a lot of great information about things to do and places to go. Would stay again!

Great Condo

Great place to stay. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. It is family friendly community. It is a walk to the beach, but i knew that going into it. What really surprised me is there even was a little fold up buggy that could be used for kids, toys, coolers, etc and i thought that was a great touch. Needs a clothes drying rack. But seriously great condo and no issues what so ever. Thank you!
