What a great house in a great location with everything you need for your beach vacation. The community is private & well maintained and the house is fully stocked with everything anyone could need. The host is very responsive and the house is clean and a great size for 6 full size guests. Beach, shopping & restaurants are all extremely convenient. Can’t go wrong with this one.

This was one of our favorite vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. We came to town for a baseball tournament with our family, and after long days of games, there was nothing better than coming back to a clean, comfortable, welcoming house.Choe-Kelly was an exceptional host. She checked on us throughout our stay, was quick to respond to questions, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. That level of hospitality is rare and made a huge difference.The house was exactly what our family needed, and we created so many wonderful memories during our stay. We are leaving with full hearts and lots of gratitude. Thank you, Choe-Kelly, for being such a fantastic host!

Family of five here ! We had an absolutely fantastic time ! Choe the property owner was amazing ! Check in was super smooth and the information provided before we arrived made everything so much easier . We had rain the first couple of days and the owner checked in on us several times and even mentioned a few things we could do while it was raining. You could tell she showed genuine concern and just wanted my family to have the best experience possible . The house was great with all the amenities you will need for a great vacation ! The pool and hot tub were nice and it was just a short walk all to the beach each day, super easy. I highly recommend this place ! We will for sure be back!

Very beautiful and clean house. Our family of 7 adults slept comfortably in 3 bedrooms with total 6 beds. The house was fully stocked with all the things we needed. Chloe- Kelly was very nice, informative and great communication. We felt at home as soon we walked inside the house. We were welcome with fresh vase of beautiful flowers, a box of yummy chocolate chip cookies, a bottle of wine and few bottles of cold water in the fridge. There are pool, gym, tennis/ Pickelball court in the development for guests to use. The beach is beautiful and only 5-7 minutes walk to it. My family had a great vacation and felt in love with the house and the hospitality of Chloe- Kelly. We will definitely return when we plan next trip to Destin in the future.

Great location, very nice property for a family friendly vacation getaway. Close to the airport and a 3 minute walk to the cleanest beach. I highly recommend this property.

Great property and location! We were looking for a comfortable family stay easily walkable to the beach with a nice pool as well and got exactly what we were looking for here! Would definitely rebook again (maybe even next year!)

A+ stay in Destin

Among the best properties we’ve stayed at in Destin. We rented here 4 years ago, and were not disappointed this season (2024). Has been kept just as nice as we remembered from last stay. Would definitely rent here if in Destin again.

Loved it!

Home away from home

This was our second time staying in this house and we will be back again and again. It’s perfect for our family and the location is great. There are so many perks to staying here like the toiletries and the beach gear that are provided for convenience. The host communicates very well and is always available if you need anything. We look forward to our next stay.

Perfect Family Holiday Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! The best part is the close proximity to the sugar sand beach and nearby restaurants. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and play games and do puzzles. Well appointed kitchen with all the necessities for making our Christmas and New Year’s dinners.
