    • Master Suite (3rd Floor): Features a king bed, private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a separate tub and shower overlooking the Gulf.

    • Private Bunk Room (4th Floor): Equipped with three full beds and an adjoining full bathroom.

    • King Bedroom (3rd Floor): Includes a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower.

    • Custom Bunk Room (2nd Floor): Offers a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a full bathroom.

    Each room includes a television, complemented by ultra-fast high-speed internet throughout the property. Absolutely wonderful trip! We had everything we needed and more. Perfect location on the beach. Walk from home to water was the closest I’ve ever seen, making it so easy to go back and forth all day. We cooked all week and had everything our chefs (my boys), needed! I want to go back

This is a nice townhouse on the beach. There are 3 real bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms. This worked great for us. The children slept in the bunk rooms and the adults had the bedrooms. The lower level is the entertainment spot with a nice outside space and direct access to the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home. Beach service included with the home sets up 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas each day, additional chairs/umbrellas for purchase. Beach towels provided by home. Outdoor shower for coming off beach. Great stay!

Property was clean and overall comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, lots of dishes and cookware. Appliances were in good working order. There is even an ice machine in the kitchen! The lower deck was our favorite spot for the warm afternoons. Bedroom windows could use some sort of shades or blinds. Water pressure in the showers is pretty low. Overall a good stay for our intergenerational family of 10.

Great time!

The condo was just as advertised, and was perfect for our group of eleven. We've always enjoyed staying at Green Reef, and were especially impressed with this unit. A great place to stay!

Beachfront Haven

We loved this location, I don't know if there is a better spot to enjoy the beach than this one. My grandkids and I spent three days at this wonderful property. The property is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The amenities offered by the host were outstanding. My family and I would gladly book this location again.

Great location with direct beach access! The home has lots of space, with plenty of bath towels and linens. We didn’t spend much time in the home, but I really appreciated Hillary’s excellent communication. She made sure the check-in process went smoothly, and when I accidentally locked myself out one day, she quickly helped me get back in. I was very thankful for her responsiveness and assistance.

The property was beautiful, nicely renovated, and the photos accurately reflected the home and location. The private beach access was amazing and definitely a highlight of our stay. There were some wasps near the gate, which unfortunately caused one guest to be stung, but the host was responsive and immediately reached out to pest control. We truly appreciated their effort, even though it couldn’t be fully resolved over the weekend.

I Loved it!

Great vacation property! Everything was well decorated and very nicely done. I think all the kinks are worked out and it’s in fabulous condition. The views were amazing. I am already booking another trip to here! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place in Destin/Miramar Beach area.

Beautiful beach vacation

We loved this property. It was the perfect location. We thought we were going to go out and explore more than we actually did. We spent majority of our time down by the beach. Walking up and seeing the beautiful sunrise as everybody ate breakfast was amazing.

This was our 3rd year staying at this location but first time in this unit! Absolutely stocked with everything you would need! The personalized beach towels were a super nice touch! The beds and linens were top notch! We will definitely be back next summer!

Simple Perfection

I was in town for business and needed a quiet, convenient place to call home for a few days. This house hit the mark and then some. The property was exactly as described and pictured and the check-in, check-out process could not have been easier. The furniture, linins and such are first class. The deck was a great place to spend some time working. Absolutely stunning view of the beach and the neighborhood could not have been anymore peaceful. I will stay here again next time I am in town.

Spring break 2024

The townhouse was beautiful inside. It was comfortable and welcoming. However, I think the cleaning people forgot to vacuum the 2 pretty blue couches because it was full of sand and some type of pet hair. I think maybe a cat because I'm allergic to cats, and my eyes got all itchy and was sneezing like crazy. Other than that, the place was beautiful and had everything we needed.
