The Space:
Begin your sun-soaked sojourn on the home’s spacious deck, losing yourself in the pages of a good book while the sights and sounds of the water provide the ultimate tranquil backdrop. Fire up the grill for an authentic barbecue lunch, served tableside at the outdoor dining set with seating for six. Dig your toes in the sand for a competitive game of cornhole, or break out the fishing poles and cast a line off the dock in hopes of reeling in a fresh catch just in time for dinner. Set off on your vessel of choice for a personal tour of the waterways, whether cruising the canals on a paddleboard or hitting the open water on a rented pontoon. For a change of scenery, take a quick five-minute walk to enjoy private gated beach access, perfect for soaking up the sun and surf.

Stepping indoors, soaring vaulted ceilings enhance the spaciousness of the open floorplan, where you and your guests can connect and form lasting memories amid the comfortable furnishings and coastal-chic décor. Sink into soft sofa seating in the living room while you surf the channels or queue up a movie on the TV. Also offering a main-level den and a lower-level living space, everyone will be able to have the entertainment experience they desire, both including their own combination of comfortable sofa seating and TVs.

Two well-equipped kitchens, one on each level, come fully stocked with all the comforts of home, ready to host all your mealtime endeavors whether whipping up delicious homestyle meals or unpacking takeout from a newly discovered local restaurant. A grand dining table seats 10 for formal meals while you’ll find additional seating in the den and on the lower level, seating 4 and 6 respectively.

This home comfortably sleeps 16 guests between 6 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the first floor living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin size beds.

Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed and TV.

Bedroom #6 includes a queen size bed and TV.

The home also includes two additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Two sets of washers and dryers in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 8 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be in the home upon arrival. No commercial vehicle, boat, trailer or RV is allowed on Holiday Isle. Parking on Right of Way is prohibited.
• Fireplace is not available for guest use.
• This home is not handicap-friendly. The lower level and the first floor do not connect via an interior stairwell; access to each level requires separate entry.
• Use of the dock is included with the rental.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is located on the front/top of the roof, actively monitoring the street, and the second located on the back/top of roof, actively monitoring the harbor/dock area.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 dog, 50 lbs. or less allowed. Advanced notice is required. A flat pet fee of $150 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
o If you need to leave your dog unattended in the property, they must be crated. Please bring your own crate. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning caused by their pets.
• Please note, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while outside, as the property does not have a fenced yard.
o Please note that for safety reasons, dogs are not allowed on the beaches in Okaloosa County. This policy is mandated by County Ordinance No. 77-19, Section 6, which restricts dogs in public parks, beaches, school grounds, restaurants, and food stores (except for seeing-eye and hearing-ear dogs). We kindly ask our guests to adhere to this regulation to avoid any fines or penalties.
• Holiday Isle also offers two public beach access points: O'Steen Access as well as Norriego Point Beach Access and Park.
• 28 ft boat dock available. Please contact us after booking if you plan on bringing a boat.
• An additional great advantage of booking on the harbor is easy access to the Destin Water Taxi! Avoid the traffic and paying for parking by calling Destin Water Taxi to pick you up from the dock and take you to Harborwalk Village, The Destin Boardwalk, Boshamps & Marina Cafe, Harbor Docks, Pelican Adventures, and Lousiana Lagniappe.
• Please note that guests have access to the right side garage only.

Just a Note: This home is built on treated pilings, which give off a natural scent in the lower-level area. It’s completely normal and simply part of the home’s coastal character.

This charming property allows for small weddings and events of up to 25 people, providing a picturesque setting for your special day. Important Note: All weddings or events must have prior permission from management, as our HOA requires advance notification. Harbor Seahorse is permitted to host up to 4 events per year, ensuring an exclusive and peaceful experience for all guests.

Great backyard!

The location and water access was great. The patio and dock was a hit with our grandchildren and the hoses to spray off sand was a hit with the adults. Several things were not working, the refrigerators, the downstairs dryer, and the garage door. The property manager was very prompt in getting those things fixed except the garage door was not functioning again the day we left so we had to leave it open. I was surprised that the two floors did not connect internally, that was NOT in any of the descriptions of the property so I felt that was a little misleading. Overall, we had a wonderful time and the property was great.
