Imagine if you could design a coastal vacation rental…what would you include? Private pool, walking distance to the beach, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for an entire family’s reunion? How about on-trend design choices like leathered granite counters, stainless steel appliances, custom tile work and white cabinetry? Well, we warmly welcome you to Coastal Cove, a beach vacation home specifically designed for large parties who also enjoy living life ‘upgraded’.

Each of the three floors features balconies, kitchens and/or wet bars, king size beds in 7 rooms, a bunk room with built in bunks and floating flat screen TVs. Amazing extras like two full-size laundry rooms, a luxury master suite on the third floor and a private pool and grill deck add to Coastal Cove’s high-end hideaway appeal.

Not only is this home swathed in joyful shades of coastal blues that immediately calm the soul, it's also nearby to many other attractions that are sure to enlighten the spirit. Golf courses, grocery stores, outdoor malls and beach shops are within a mile's radius. However, considering Coastal Cove’s proximity to the white sands of Destin’s beaches, you may be as happy as a clam in a hidden cove who spends its days on the beach and nights sleeping comfortably in a peaceful retreat.

**This house is located next door to our Rolling Tides house.

Pool heating can be added for an additional fee. Pool heating is only available Fall through early Spring due to the warm weather in Florida.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

We had a great stay at this beach house. Plenty of room for our 4 families that stayed. Perfect walk to the beach. The house was clean and tidy. The pool and deck were very nice to hang out in. The only upgrade that is needed is kitchen cookware. Pots, pans and skillets were very worn. Crockpot would be nice as well. If you are looking to book for a large group, this is your house!

Wonderful Stay!

This house was perfect for our girls' weekend away! The 14 of us were very comfortable - there was plenty of space to spread out and to spend time together. The house came with everything we needed, and we loved having the private pool and the beach so close! Highly recommend.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family stayed here during the 4th of July holiday and we were all very impressed with the property!! There was great communication throughout the whole process, to start we were blessed with the opportunity to have an early check in ( which really helped us get started preparing for the holiday meal). The house was clean and well stocked with starter supplies (bathrooms and kitchen). The kitchen had all the equipment we needed as well (bring your own seasonings of course). There was a regular and k cup coffee pot!! There is a gas barbecue grill out back. There is plenty of space for parking and the house is maybe 3 minutes away from grocery stores, gas stations, Starbucks, and anything else you can possibly need. The distance to the beach is wayyyy closer than described!! There was so much space in the house that we were never on top of each other, not once!! I could go on and on about our stay, we will definitely be returning in the near future!!

Perfect setup for a large group

This listing was incredible - walking distance to the beach (only 1 block away!), pool was good with plenty of seating, bunk beds were double size both top and bottom bunks, king beds in every room with private bathrooms, etc. We had a great time and wouldn't change anything!

Awesome House for a Big Group

We hosted my friends bachelorette party here and it was amazing! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, which made getting ready for a night out super easy. And you can't beat a 2 minute walk to the beach!

Wonderful

This property is awesome. we used every room and had a large family group of 20. It never felt crowded. Loved the layout and the beach is such a short walk. The outdoor grill had gas hooked up to it which was a huge plus, no tank to worry about. The pool is smaller than we thought but it worked. The outdoor area has tons of space for hanging out. Had small issues withDish not working on TV but plenty of streaming options. Check in and out was super easy. property management easy to reach and super responsive. Loved our vacation.

Totally Amazing!

We booked this house for 12 adults and 6 children for a family get away and to celebrate an 85th birthday and it was perfect! The house exceeded all our expectations! The seven master suites and bunk room and 7.5 bathrooms accommodated us perfectly! The kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. It was our first trip to Destin and we will definitely be back!! Loved it all!
