Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Welcome to Da Breeze, the ideal spot for a beach getaway! Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it offers plenty of space for a large group. The layout is well thought out, with the king master suite and king guest bedroom on the second floor, providing privacy and comfort. There is an additional bedroom with a twin trundle on the first floor. The loft on the third floor adds a cozy touch, perfect for relaxing after a day of fun in the sun. The home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, thanks to the additional sleeping options like a sleeper sofa in the living room. You will love the outdoor spaces, perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Don't miss the opportunity to create vacation memories of a lifetime at Da Breeze!

Area Attractions:

Crystal Beach is a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin. Walk to close-by restaurants such as the award-winning 790 Inn on the Gulf or Camille's, get your fro-yo on at U-Twirl Frozen Yogurt, or learn how to ride the waves at All-A Board Surf School.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great location

The house is conveniently located a few minutes of a walk to Crystal Beach. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and friendly. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance of the house. Destin’s most popular hotspots, restaurants, and surrounding beaches are also just a short drive. The house offers all the amenities you would want in a home-away-from home. Plenty of room for families and guests of varying sizes. Comfortable beds in the upstairs master and guest bedrooms. The property managers also offer extra pillows and linens if needed. The downstairs sleeping set up isn’t as private as the upstairs, and you have to use a pull-out mattress from the couch in the front room. The downstairs also offers a “guest bedroom” of sorts that adjoins to the laundry room and bathroom.The house is perfect for small-to-average sized families with children. Although it states that the house can sleep 8-10…I would say you’d need to consider adult sized occupants vs. families with children. The guest bedroom downstairs offers two single beds with one of them being a pull out from the top “bunk.” This IMO is mostly suitable for children or adolescents and might not be the best option for several adults staying longer than a few days. Comfortability level in terms of travel accommodations varies from person to person, but if you are looking for something where everyone wants their own room, this particular property might not be a fit. Other than that I would absolutely recommend Da Breeze!

Loved our visit

We stayed for a little over 2 months. Location is very good, close to almost everything but a quite area. We felt very safe with friendly people around us. Beds were awesome and rooms were large and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with very large table for playing games or eating. Living room sofa and chair very comfortable. Check-in was easy and Realjoy is a great hosting company.Would highly recommend this home for your stay.

Tolles umwerfendes Haus! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir mussten spontan umbuchen und haben dieses tolle Haus gefunden. Wir können es weiterempfehlen. Tolle Lage! Ein paar Schritte zum Strand und in die andere Richtung zum einkaufen und bummeln! Wir haben sehr genossen!
