Lodging Features: This fabulous two story town home along the Scenic Gulf Drive is located right across the street from the white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico offering spectacular unobstructed views from both levels. The shabby chic decor of this town home has a very cozy feel but also has all the upgrades to make a vacation here extra special. The kitchen has beautiful stone counter tops, white cabinetry, white appliances, and all the comforts of home with the full compliment of house wares. The dining table comfortably seats six and there are two bar stools for additional dining at the breakfast bar. The living room offers a large flat screen TV, and cozy furnishings. The master bedroom features a king bed, sleep number with cozy bedding, and an incredible Gulf view from a private balcony. You will love the brand new extra large shower in master bathroom. A full bathroom for the second bedroom as well as a convenient half bathroom downstairs next to the kitchen.

The guest bedroom is beautiful decorated with white cottage style furnishings, 1 trundle bed and a queen size bed, cozy bedding, and a flat screen TV.
Extra features of this fine home include free wi-fi, a full size washer and dryer, and a convenient outdoor shower with both hot and cold water!

With all of this, Sand Pebbles will be a fast favorite for your family! Please note this town home is non-smoking. This town home is Pet Friendly, but with STRICT PET POLICY, Pets Are not allowed on Furniture or bedding. If hair or paw prints are found on either, there will be a $100 additional fee!!!!

This experience was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. A big water bubble formed underneath the washing machine upstairs the night before Thanksgiving. The homeowner was absolutely terrible AND RUDE (I have all the texts and evidence) to me about it. The condition of the place was terrible. Things were broken everywhere. There was rust all over the place. Really not as described.It took me until Dec. 10 to work out the reimbursement. I had to spend 2000 to go get additional hotel rooms down the street. They tried to say that it was “humidity” that leaked a huge water bubble that exploded in the ceiling and all over the floor. She denied it all along until she was forced to give a refund, and VRBO made promises and went back on them and made promises and then finally followed through in the end after threatening to sue and sending them videos. Do not stay here. Go to Embassy suites down the road. They have a great breakfast and they’re polite and you get what you pay for and what you expect. The homeowner has no business in the hospitality industry.

I’ve stayed at several VBRO places, and without a doubt Darlene is the best host ever. Any questions or concerns I had, she was quick to reply or call. Place was very clean, has gorgeous views, excellent location.

It was wonderful. I love that it has everything you need. I didn’t know that so I picked everything and only used maybe half. So definitely will book again. Hopefully we can make this a tradition with the family. Darlene was wonderful with all my questions. If you need a place to stay and have a great view. This is it!

The condo was so convenient to the beach and restaurants which makes it a must stay next year.Darlene reach out to make sure we had everything we needed twice and when we ask to stay an extra day she was glad to accommodate us. Celebrations of life changes!

Came to celebrate my husbands retirement and my daughters graduation from Vet Med School from the University of Florida. Location of this Condo was perfect ..... wonderful views and close to restaurants. Darlene had everything decorated so cute and had everything you need to stay in for a home cooked meal or take food out to the beach for a picnic. Simply put it was perfect!

Beachy escape

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this property. Our host was so nice and very responsive. I totally messed up our date of arrival but our host immediately recommended an alternative place to spend our first night. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the upper deck which has a gorgeous view of the ocan. We highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay

Property has a great view of the ocean, especially from the balcony. Location is in a great area with everything you could possibly need or want to do near by. Beach is private access and a two minute walk away. Very family friendly. The owner, Darlene, is awesome and very easy to contact. She truly cares about her tenants. The property is well stocked with essentials and more. It was also very clean when we arrived. We will definitely be staying here in the near future and telling our friends and family about this place.

Fabulous Location!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was fabulous! Beach access was so close and chairs and umbrella were provided which were appreciated. Front porch swing and 2nd floor balcony were wonderful. Two restaurants are within easy walking distance. Darlene was a great host and responded quickly.

Great girls trip!

3 day girls trip was perfect. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It’s in the perfect location with a clear view to the water and took 2 minutes to be on the beach. We walked to restaurants and a really good coffee shop. The owner was super helpful and quick to respond with any questions. We are already talking about when we can book our next trip!

Can’t beat the location!

The location of this property is amazing, you’re about 30 steps from your PRIVATE beach access. We never had trouble finding a spot to set up bc this section of the beach isn’t crowded. Darlene was easy to communicate with. Beds were comfortable, balcony view was perfect. We will definitely be returning!
