Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, all offering breathtaking Gulf views. The recently renovated kitchen is equipped with sleek countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it a pleasure to prepare meals. Step outside onto the large deck, where you'll find ample seating and a perfect spot to soak in the coastal breeze.

Upstairs, the serene queen bedroom features an en suite bathroom, while the master king bedroom also boasts an en suite bath and a private balcony — an ideal space for enjoying the spectacular views or reading a book. The lower level of the beachfront home in Destin offers additional relaxation space, with another king bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the cozy living area. This level also features a small kitchenette and a second refrigerator, perfect for storing snacks and drinks. This beachfront condo in Destin is the perfect spot for making memories, offering the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and convenience.

When it comes to private beach security, our options are limited. The erosion control line is a local ordinance that allows the public to traverse up and down the beach and set up chairs in front of the beach service. Our suggestion for a more private experience is to purchase beach service to extend the width of the property on the days you are interested, for $60 a set per day. Or to set up your own chairs early on the mornings you would like this. We do rent back pack chairs that are available to you on a weekly basis, but we can't keep them on site due to maintenance and upkeep.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Run. The views of the beach were amazing. The property management were wonderful and called several times to check on us. I would absolutely recommend staying at Dolphin Run!

Great property, excellent location! We loved our stay! The property was clean and comfortable and we stayed in the master bedroom.....LOVED THAT BED AND THOSE PILLOWS!!!! Wow was it comfortable! The bedroom in the basement was perfect for our friends who needed more privacy. I loved that the linens were not only provided for us but that they beds were made!!! Amazing! That never happens! I would say that the kitchen could use some more things. We cooked a lot at home and really could have used more items (the hand mixer was rough). Other than that....just wow! We loved our stay at Dolphin Run! Thank you for a great week in Destin!

Family Beach Vacation

The property was in a great location and right on the beach. It was perfect for our almost 4 year old- every morning we woke up and ran to the beach! The home was easily accessible and close to many restaurants and shops. The home does need to be updated and remodeled- the listing is not accurate only the main floor is remodeled but the 1st and 3rd floor are original and old. Overall we had a great stay and loved being right on the beach!

Great location

We would definitely stay here again. The access to the beach cannot be beat and there was a ton of room for our family in the house with everything we needed. There were no beach chairs or towels, which was disappointing since it is a beach house. We had to go purchase some and then find extra room in the car to haul them home. Also, there were a few things in the house that could have been slightly better. My son got a 6 inch scratch on his leg from a wire/nail sticking out of the corner of the bed frame, the shower heads in 2 of the bathrooms were very small, and there were a few things in the house that just needed to be replaced (some of the locks, baseboards, etc). However, overall, we had everything we needed and would stay here again in the future.

This property is in a good location just steps from the beach. It’s very old and needs lots of updates, the picture on Vrbo is not what it looks like the furniture is different now. If the price is right it’s worth it but don’t over pay.

Stunning Ocean View

Get ready to be impressed! The view from this oceanfront property is a stunner. This property is in a prime location and is well-appointed. It was perfect for a large group of friends for our spring break. I would definitely return.

The property was spacious. There was room for eight adults without feeling crowded because of the three levels of the property. The beach was ten steps from the ground level and the view was wonderful. The only problem was there were dirty dishes in the sink upon our arrival. Management was contacted and a cleaning person arrived within an hour and thirty minutes {after hours) and cleaned the kitchen and vacuum and inspected the other rooms.

Not at all what is advertised

This listing is in horrible conditions. The rugs and furniture are ripped and stained. The carpet has stains throughout. The fold out sofas were absolutely filthy with stains and dead bugs on the floor underneath the sofa. The kitchen cabinets were falling off the hinges, the light fixtures were coming out of the ceiling. The doors to the master bathroom looked like they had been torched. The grill was a rusty mess with no gas in the gas tank. And to top off the experience we woke up to no water on Christmas Eve. The maintenance person that came out to look said the owner had not payed the bill.
