With the turquoise waters and powder white sands of Crystal Beach a short stroll away, and the oasis, resort-style pool and hot tub just steps away, our spacious beach villa “Sunshine Daydream” is perfect for rest, relaxation and spending quality time with loved ones. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on 2 balconies overlooking the pool, cook up a feast in a fully stocked kitchen, cozy up for a movie in 2 large living spaces, and catch up on sleep in 5 bedrooms - 2 with king beds - each featuring a TV.

GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor you’ll find a spacious living room, dining room that seats 8 and full chef’s kitchen, well stocked with supplies. You’ll also find a bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed, TV and ensuite with a shower/tub. The laundry room is also located on the ground floor and includes a washer and a dryer.

SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor you’ll find a master retreat, featuring a private balcony with limited pool views, kitchenette (so you can enjoy a coffee or cocktail in peace and quiet) and a spacious bathroom, including shower and separate jetted tub. The second floor also features a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, TV and ensuite with a shower/tub.

TOP FLOOR: On the top floor you’ll find a second oversized living space, featuring a huge sectional with pullout bed and 70” TV – perfect for a movie night. There is also a wet bar and large balcony with partial pool views – perfect for entertaining. There are two bedrooms on the top floor – one with a twin over full bunk bed and TV, and a second with a king-sized bed and TV. There is also a full bathroom including a shower/tub.

Located in the heart of Destin, you’ll be walking distance to Crystal Beach and just a few minutes drive to Henderson Beach State Park. Shopping, Destin Commons, Whole Foods and the best of Destin’s restaurants, bars and entertainment are all within minutes.

We want you to enjoy your stay! We have some strict rules in place to ensure your stay is safe and enjoyable.

Quiet time: 9pm–10am. This is not a party house. Guests must respect quiet hours. (Please - keep the noise down after 9pm!)

Maximum occupancy: 14. Exceeding this will result in a $250 fee and we may ask you to leave. (Please - don’t exceed 14 people!)

No early check ins/late check-outs: unless agreed prior to booking, we do not offer early check ins or late check outs. Early arrivals or late check outs may incur a fee of $75 per hour. (Please – check in/out on time!)

Supplies: we will provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper and basic supplies. You may need to buy more. (Please bring or buy additional supplies as needed!)

No smoking: this is strictly a no-smoking house. Smoking indoors will result in a $250 charge and enhanced cleaning fee. (Please – don’t smoke indoors!)

No fires/flames: no fires or open flames are permitted in the house, including use of candles. Failure to abide by this will result in a $100 fee. (Please – no fire or flames!)

Use pool at own risk: enjoy the community pool, but do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. (Please – be safe in the pool!)

No weather refunds: unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any weather events, natural disasters, power outages or other things that are beyond our control. (Please – be understanding of this policy!)
