Enjoy a private walk over to the beach where 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas await in one of the least busy sections of Destin's beautiful Crystal Beach. This home features over 10,000 square feet of indoor living space and ample outdoor spaces, which includes a large gulf-front pool and 12 person spa tub, TV, and barbecue. The balconies provide plenty of outdoor lounges and gathering furniture to enjoy the astonishing gulf views.

Arriving at Big House by the Sea, guests are greeted with a stunning curb appeal and a spacious driveway that allow for comfortably fitting up to six cars. Eight bikes and a golf cart included with this home are available for guests to travel around the area. In addition to a grand entrance, this home is wheelchair accessible with an accessible entrance and an elevator to reach each floor of this home.

Guests are in for a treat as they enter Big House by the Sea. A luxurious foyer with marble flooring and heaps of natural light fill the space as it leads to the first bedroom. This bedroom is spacious, cozy, and wheelchair accessible. A king bed and an en-suite bathroom are found in this bedroom. Notably, the en-suite consists of a barrier-free shower, providing accessible shower usage. Next to this bedroom, guests can take advantage of the first-floor laundry room that doubles as an additional entrance to an outdoor shower and private entrance to the Gulf of Mexico.

In addition to the bedroom on the first floor, the kitchen, dining area, and lounge area are also situated on this main level. An open concept floor plan creates a spacious environment perfect for entertaining. The kitchen boasts white cabinetry and high-end stainless steel appliances. Enough seats for ten, encircles a large island and allows plenty of space to gather or cook. From the kitchen, guests can directly access the lounging and dining space. The lounging area boasts a plush semi-circle sectional sofa and displays a high-definition television over a linear gas fireplace. The third and final floor of this home features additional sleeping arrangements, lounging space, and workspace. A small lounge area greets guests with plush sofas and a private workspace room. The family suite found on this floor boasts a king-sized bed, full/full bunks, and a crib next to a plush nursing glider; this room is ideal for those traveling with infants. Furthermore, the king primary suite features stunning Gulf of Mexico views with a spa-like ensuite bathroom.
