Belleza Del Mar with Ocean Views, Game Room, and Lakefront Pool

Welcome to Belleza Del Mar. Located between Destiny Lake and the Gulf Of Mexico, Belleza Del Mar connects guests with the tranquility of nature while being next to the excitement of the beach. Renew your senses in a private heated pool* with a jetted spa and breathtaking beach views.

Belleza Del Mar is located directly across from the beach and the world-famous Crab Trap restaurant with beach bar. Our house boasts a gourmet kitchen, grand balconies, a game room, and one of the largest pool decks in Destin. The scenic beach road next to the house allows for walking and cycling along the coastline. You are close to Whole Foods, beach activities, golf courses, award-winning restaurants, and more. You are provided with a daily beach chair setup during the season.


Layout:
1st Floor Sleeps up to 16 guests.
Bunk/Game room with four queens size beds (sleeps 8), foosball table, and arcade machine. Laundry facilities. Living Room with door to the pool and beach walkway. Bunk room with four twin beds (sleeps 4), lake view, and a bathroom. King bedroom (sleeps 2) with lake views and a bathroom. Full bedroom (sleeps 2) with bathroom.

2nd Floor sleeps up to 10 guests.
Living area with dining, bar with icemaker, kitchen, and gulf views. King bedroom (sleeps 2) with gulf views and a jetted tub. Queen bedroom (sleeps 2) with a shared bathroom that connects to the hallway. Queen bedroom (sleeps 2) with a gulf view. Hallway bathroom. King bedroom (sleeps 2) with a gulf view. King bedroom (sleeps 2) with a bathroom, jetted tub, and lake view.

Parking - a maximum of eight vehicles may park at the property. No campers, oversized vehicles, buses, or trailers are permitted—no street parking. No vehicles can block the sidewalk, or the city will ticket or tow the vehicle.

We know pets are family, and we welcome some small dogs, so please contact us about fees and the policy for acceptable "fur babies" that you wish to bring.

4 beach chairs are provided at the home for you to take to the beach. We also have a daily setup of two chairs and an umbrella from March 1 - October 30, weather permitting.

Belleza Del Mar is located inside a gated community. Weddings or commercial events are not permitted, and this is strictly enforced.

*Pool can be heated from Oct 1 - May 31 for an additional daily fee. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival*

Spa Quality amenities featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions are provided to get you through the first day. We do not provide sports equipment, but that is available at local markets and stores.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding!

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
