Beautiful Large Home - Across Street from Private Beach Access- Private Pool

At Crystal Clear Retreat you will be right at home.

This beautiful beach oasis, has a private pool, wraparound porch and second and third floor decks. Located directly across from the Gulf, this spacious home is ideal for large families.

The bunk room is perfect for smaller kids (1 triple bunk and queen bed sleeps 5), and teens will love the third floor loft with daybed and trundle, refrigerator and sink.

The large back patio, with a nice "heat available" private pool with lights, outdoor shower, and grill, makes it the perfect place to gather in the afternoon!

The main floor is an open floor plan with ample space for everyone. We know you will also love the large 60` TV with cable TV with many channels.

Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor...one with a king bed and the other with a queen and 1 set of twin over full bunks.

The 2nd floor has the huge Master suite with king bed. The other bedroom also has a king bed. Both bedrooms are full of light and access to private balconies. The Bathrooms have super nice looks and exclusive appeal.

The kitchen has been completely remodeled with high-end appliances, and the downstairs bathrooms have just been completely remodeled and are beautiful.

The location is right across main road 98, with a private walkway and shower leading to a huge sandy Beach. The pictures don't do it justice.

The place is a palace close to the beach!

Great communication before and during our stay. The house had plenty of room for the family. EASY walk to the private beach with almost no one on there. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. All cooking utensils available. Highly recommended!!

One of our best stays yet.

We go to Destin every year and this home that we rented was by far one of the best properties yet. The location to the beach is amazing. The cleanliness was perfect. The communication with the owners were great. I don’t have a bad thing to say about this property. It worked out wonderful for our families. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect Vacation Rental

We have been visiting the Destin area for nearly 30 years and have stayed at several rental properties. We have been hoping to find a property that we could return to every year. This home has hit the mark. Things that are high on our list of must haves are cleanliness, closeness to good restaurants, close easy access to the beach, and a beautiful safe area for our morning walks.All of these needs were met which allowed us to have an extremely enjoyable vacation. We will be returning to this property for our next Destin vacation.

Perfect in every way

We have stayed in many different vacation homes in numerous locations and this one was by far the best from start to finish. Booking and check-in was seamless…the Meyers’ communication as hosts was always prompt, courteous and useful. The location was ideal….walk across the street to the beach (with chairs and umbrellas at the house!), awesome private pool in back, less than 15 to coffee and restaurants. We also had a high chair and play pen for our 11 month old grandson. I’m not sure what else could have made the stay any better. We would definitely stay here again. 5 stars all around!!!

The Perfect House

This is our second year staying in this house and it was exactly as we remembered. The house is beautifully decorated and has every accommodation a family could need. We had 10 people, 3 families, and never once felt crowded. With having kids between 4-10 yo, the 1 minute walk to the beach is ideal. We will definitelystay again next year 😍

Home Away From Home

Beach Haven

Wonderful stay at Crystal Clear for an extended family vacation. The set up of the house was perfect for our three families with everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The house is just across the street from private beach access which was much less crowded than surrounding areas. The house came equipped with a helpful beach cart and plenty of beach chairs (in good shape) for the adults in the party. There were also two beach umbrellas, which made packing much easier. The kitchen was updated beautifully and well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of natural light. I was a little worried about how warm it would be on the third level where my oldest daughter slept, but the A/C kept the house cooled throughout, even in the Florida heat. The pool at night is gorgeous with different light settings. The younger kids in our party really loved that. Hope to return to this property or another one with the same owner. Jon was great with communication and making sure we had what we needed. He takes great pride the property.

We have been coming to Destin over 15 years. This was the best place we have ever stayed at. Great access to Beach and town. Owners, property managers, etc were great to work with. I would highly recommend this vacation home! Also, it was very clean!

Wonderful Spring Break March 2024

We stayed the last weekend of March. It was absolutely beautiful. We had 4 kids between the ages of 9-17 and 6 adults. The location was perfect!! We loved the private beach access, crossing the road was never an issue and cars always stopped for us. When we were done with the beach, the pool satisfied the kids. We had the pool heated and it was perfect for a group from Wisconsin. We enjoyed walking to nearby coffee shops, the path for morning jogs, and nearby restaurants. The Crab Shack was awesome. I would recommend this house to my closest friends and family.

Family Spring Break 2024

Our first visit to Destin and this beautiful home exceeded our expectations! Located directly across from the pristine, private beach, it was spotless, well maintained, and equipped with every imaginable amenity and perfectly heated pool! Exceptional, timely communication with the property mgr throughout our stay. Our family of 6 adults enjoyed pleasant weather, amazing restaurants and a sunset cruise. Will definitely return and stay at this perfect home!
