This 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome is an ideal beach retreat with its convenient location, spacious layout, and modern updates. The fact that it's less than a 3-minute walk from the beach, with restaurants and shopping nearby, makes it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The layout is thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests' needs, with two primary bedrooms featuring king beds and ensuite bathrooms for added comfort and privacy. The addition of a queen bed in the third bedroom allows for flexible sleeping arrangements, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. The first floor, with its primary bedroom suite and private bath, provides easy access and convenience, while the second floor offers a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area, along with another bedroom and full bath. The balcony off the living area is a lovely touch, providing a space to enjoy the outdoors. The third floor, with its large primary bedroom suite, living area (complete with a sleeper sofa), and private balcony, is a luxurious retreat within the townhome. It offers plenty of space for relaxation and enjoyment, with beautiful views to top it off. The perfect place for a beach vacation, offering both comfort and convenience in a stunning coastal setting. No Pets Allowed! Please Note there are no tennis courts at Beach Pointe - The tennis courts in the pictures are another complex, they are in view off of the balconies.

Family vaycay

The condo was very nice and pretty. The only problem we had is the bathroom on the sesond floor, the water would not turn to hot in the shower so we didnt use that bathroom to shower. Other than that it was beautiful and in a nice location.

A great little getaway

We were all super happy with our stay. It was perfect having three floors to give us all our own personal space. Everything was so clean and check in and check out was was so easy and convenient. Even though we weren’t on the beach, I loved that it was a very quick walk across the street. The only downside was the pool needed to be cleaned, as there were leaves in it, but with everything thing else being as close to perfect as possible, I wasn’t upset.

Awesome!!

2 minute walk to the beech. Plenty of room for a family of 6 for the week....and we had grandparents for a weekend....making it 8 and still plenty of room. The kitchen is very well equipped for a weeks worth of cooking. Couple of good restaurants are an easy walk. Road access and parking is easy to come and go. Very likely our first call next time in Destin.

Girl’s Trip Getaway

This property was everything it advertised. My sisters and I loved the 3bd/3ba, which allowed us to have our individual rooms, yet share the common space. The unit provided everything that was/is needed, including a salad spinner (which we purchased one prior to checking into the unit). The check-in process was simple and easy. The property was well maintained and clean. We are planning our 2024 Annual Girl’s Getaway at the same unit.

Lovely property, great location

The check in process was very smooth. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. At the time of booking, I didn’t realize that each bedroom was on a different floor (3-stories). It worked out fine. I am on oxygen part-time. The main living area was on the second floor. I just did my best to limit the use of stairs. If you can easily navigate stairs, then this property is awesome. Location is great. Parking is tight.

Great Place for vaction

Pros: Was literally a walk across the street to the beach which made it very nice. Also walking distance to two nice restaurants and only a 2–3-minute drive from multiple restaurants and attractions. You literally have everything at the house for cooking, coffee, even chairs and wagon to take to the beach. Each floor has its own balcony! Con: The only thing I can think of is that the main floor with the kitchen is on the second floor, so if your not capable of climbing stairs or have knee trouble it might not be for you, other than that it as a great place.

Great location

Great condo, awesome location, nicely furnished, has just about everything you need! Nice updated appliances, clean sheets, everything looks and smells clean. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because, under the beds were pretty scary and there was hair everywhere that wasn't mine. There were a few dents and scraps but theys typical in a rental. Our beach code didn't work, but management got back to us quickly! Unit had beach gear, but after fighting the wagon 1 time to the beach, its better off left in the garage! There are steps going down to the beach! So you have to carry the wagon up and down them, not worth it.

Wrong beach access code given

The condo was great but they gave us the wrong code to get into the beach access. They thought I was turning the knob wrong but they gave us the wrong access code. I called about it and it took a long time for them to call me back. When they finally called back they were not very helpful.

Beautiful

This property was a perfect location for what my family and I were looking for! The rental was beautiful and communication was very quick with the manawhen I had questions. I wish there was a broom and dust pan, trash bags and maybe a few more kitchen things for the property because the sand gets everywhere but we were able to make it work. The wagon, chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach! My kids and family enjoyed our time and will definitely be back! Thank you so much for having us!
