⭐️”Great place with an AMAZING view! Just steps away from the beach and the hotel has it’s own private access to the beach. There’s even a nice gift shop located inside the resort where you can buy cute souvenirs or snacks/drinks, etc. My kids loved the bunk beds in this room. Would definitely recommend this place for a small family who wants to have a relaxing beach vacation. I’ll definitely be staying here if I come to Destin again."

** SPECIAL WINTER monthly & weekly rates - effective 11/1/25 – 2/28/26 **
SPECIAL MONTHLY RENTAL RATE FOR WINTER 2025/2026 - $2,000.00/month plus taxes, damage waiver, resort fees & cleaning. For bookings longer than 1 month, monthly cleaning will be required which will also include a linen swap (to be paid by the guest). We will also provide mid-stay cleans and linen swaps for an additional fee.
SPECIAL WEEKLY RATE FOR WINTER - $650.00, plus taxes, damage waiver, resort fees & cleaning (except for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Martin Luther King and President's Day holidays).
THE FINE PRINT
•Minimum Age: We require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 to stay at the property throughout the rental term. The front desk does verify age and ID upon arrival.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement (within 48 hours) to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature.
•Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date or prevailing booking site rules.
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the condo for your stay. If you have an early arrival or late flight, please book the day before/after.
• No parties/smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony.
• We will send your welcome letter via email 10 days before arrival with all of your important arrival information and codes.
**The Sundestin Beach Resort is undergoing a building renovation. There might be noise and dust during construction hours (typically from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm daily M-F with makeup days on weekends). Our condo and balcony are complete. The building face is now being painted so there is not a lot of loud construction in this phase. The indoor hot tub and the splash pad are currently closed. Phase 2 begins late summer or early fall on the side condos which will have minimal impact on the Gulf front stacks! Front building parking is somewhat limited - guests may be directed to the overflow lot across the street during high demand dates.**
*Departure instructions – We do not have long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
