Just steps from the crystal-clear waters and sugar-white sands of Crystal Beach, By the Ocean Blue is a stylish 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom getaway perfect for families and groups. Spanning three levels, this coastal retreat offers a mix of relaxation, fun, and thoughtful amenities. Enjoy a bright, open living space and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a cozy breakfast nook. The home comfortably sleeps 12 with a king in the master suite (with private balcony), a full bed in one guest room, a kid-friendly bunk room with a twin-over-full and twin trundle, and a queen sleeper sofa. The spacious loft features a double queen setup, perfect for older kids or extra guests along with foosball table and gaming device. All bedrooms include flat-screen TVs, and the master ensuite boasts a luxurious walk-in shower. Outside, enjoy the yard with cornhole and grill under the gazebo. At By the Ocean Blue, comfort meets coastal charm—creating the perfect setting for your next beachside escape.

Crystal Beach Cottages is a Seaside-like development in Destin. The highly desirable neighborhood has attractive, lush landscaping and is maintained in pristine condition. Enjoy easy access to the beach and a private community pool available to all residents of Crystal Beach Cottages.

Area Attractions: 

Crystal Beach is a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin. Walk to close-by restaurants such as the award-winning 790 Inn on the Gulf or Camille's, get your fro-yo on at U-Twirl Frozen Yogurt, or learn how to ride the waves at All-A Board Surf School.  

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
