"According to their website, they charge $15/night for the pet fee, but they actually charge by the weight of the dog, which in my case was $30/night for a 63 lb dog. There is also not much space to walk your dog. The breakfast was coffee and pre-packaged sugary treats, like powdered doughnuts."

"My family stayed for one night while we were in Pittsburgh for a concert. We were able to park close to the entry, which was convenient. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were friendly. The room was reasonably clean, though showed some minor signs of wear/age. The bath products were lovely, with a gentle, pleasant scent that didn’t feel overpowering. We enjoyed a quiet stay and had the breakfast in the morning, which was decent. I would stay here again."

The Hampton being full down the road was the best thing that ever happened because it allowed me to discover the Wexford."

"The first night I checked in I killed two spiders and saw a huge spider web in the room. I brought it up to the manager and he didn’t do anything. House keeping didn’t even remove the spider webs like I asked them to."

"One of the dirtiest rooms I have ever stayed in. There was someone elses hair near the toilet, heavy dust on all of the floor molding, and toothpaste marks on the mirror from a previous guest. It also smelled strongly of cigarettes."

"The associate at check in was friendly and very efficient. The hotel and room are in good condition. The only negative would be that some trim work was being done in the halls and there were some wood scraps near the elevator and some splinters in the hallway going to our room. Nothing major but the contractor should do better cleaning during the job. "

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed so far. It was for one night only as my family and I were driving through. The rooms were big and spacious, tall ceilings, clean and organized halls and elevators. Love that it has an indoor pool and gym. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They also offer buffet style breakfast which is a plus."

"It’s an ok hotel if traveling by yourself. Rooms are kinda small and looks outdated. Our bathroom door did not lock and it was a little difficult opening the door to the room. If you’re traveling with family and want more comfort, there are other options around there. The staff were nice and helpful, they serve continental breakfast (bagels and coffee)."
