The Space:
Enjoy this luxe modern townhome centrally located between Sloan’s Lake and Empower Field that comes equipped with a rooftop deck boasting beautiful views of the city. Within 1.5 miles from the light rail, and 2.5 miles to downtown Denver, you’ll be able to enjoy everything the city has to offer. Looking for an outdoor adventure? Within close proximity to I-70, you’re a quick shot away from some of the most amazing ski resorts in the country.

This newer constructed townhome spreads out over 4 levels of living space starting on the main level with an open floor plan that includes a living area, dining area, and kitchen. Cozy up by the gas fireplace and Netflix and chill on the sectional sofa that doubles as a sleeper sofa. Gather around the dining table to play games with the family, or to enjoy a home-cooked meal together. With an open kitchen, you can cook with company while guests mingle around the kitchen island and bar seating. Start off with some appetizers in the sideyard lounge with turf landscaping and then head to the rooftop deck to dine al fresco.

The next 2 levels include 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Starting off on the 2nd level is a queen bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows that leads into the full ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a bath-shower combo. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, a balcony overlooking the sideyard, and shares the ensuite bathroom with bedroom 2. The 3rd level houses the primary bedroom with a king bed, a workstation with desk and chair, a balcony with lounge, and a full ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a standing glass shower, and a free-standing tub.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.

*Please Note - There is a $30 fee for early check-in. Early check-in availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival day.

Guests will have access to the entire townhome - Primary king bedroom with full ensuite bathroom, queen bedroom 2 with ensuite/shared bathroom, king bedroom 3 with ensuite/shared bathroom, washer and dryer, 2 balconies, rooftop deck, and side yard.

Other Things to Note:
• Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property has 4 levels with 3 stairwells, and there are no bedrooms on the bottom floor.
• Some ceiling fans and lights are operated by remote controls. $250 if lost/damaged.
• The propane gas grill and outdoor firepit on site are NOT ADVERTISED AMENITIES - adequate gas level in propane tanks is NOT guaranteed. Should you desire to use the grill you may, but only under the condition that you acknowledge you are responsible for covering costs should you need a new propane tank.
• The outdoor firepit on the rooftop is powered by the propane tank located underneath the side table to the right. To use the firepit, remove the cover, turn on the propane tank, and the control buttons are located on the side of the firepit. Please place the cover back over the firepit when you are done.
• The indoor gas fireplace is controlled by a remote. Please do not raise the fireplace temperature higher than 75 degrees. $500 If the remote is lost/damaged.
• Please do not move or reposition the TV above the fireplace, or damage is likely to occur and you will be responsible for covering any damages.
• For security purposes, do not remove the sideyard latch cord. Please enter and exit through the front door.
• Due to occasional high winds, please place the smaller coulerful lounge cushions from the rooftop deck in the primary bedroom closet when not in use.
• Cameras and Noiseaware - 3 motion-activated cameras outside: This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations.

This was such a cute place! Loovvvved the rooftop. That was awesome. Bedrooms had wireless chargers. Plenty of towels. Sooo easy to check in and out. Wasn't a bad walk from Empower Stadium after a concert. Never felt unsafe. Will definitely be adding this to our favs.

We loved our stay! Great outdoor spaces with the beautiful weather we got! Lots of space around the townhome! Super clean and love how they had it decorated. Super close to Sloans lake, great coffee shops and yummy food. The host is very communicative and the check in and out process was simple! Would for sure come back.

Truly Luxury and Comfort

This property was plush! very comfortable and equipped with everything needed. All areas were decorated and thought of. We enjoyed every minute here. Beds super comfortable, quiet and safe neighborhood, near to restaurants and activities.Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful House

Beautitul home, everything great except when we arrived there was no hot water. After a long day of work and travel to not be able to take a shower/bath plus the inconvenience of getting ahold of maintenance was a pain. Come to find out the water heater was unplugged. And there was no propane in the tank on the rooftop fire place which the rooftop area was one of the selling points to us so we couldn't enjoy the warm fire and sit on the rooftop setting - it was very disappointing, but the house is awesome.

Loved the Luxe!

Our family's girls had a fabulous weekend in Denver and the surrounding area! The property was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-appointed. Parking and access to the interstates were easy, too. We especially enjoyed the evenings on the roof deck!

My wife and I stayed here with our two young children. Everything we could have needed was provided. Perfect spot if you want to be close to downtown and an easy drive to all the parks. The rooftop has a million dollar view.

Great!

Property was perfect for a girls weekend - sisters mom and nieces. A couple issues we ran into, the Wi-Fi did not work and the kitchen knives were so dull we could not use them when trying to prepare meals. Overall, the space was great and worked out perfectly! Location is great - quiet and easy to get downtown or out to the mountains. Company was quick to respond to email.

Space for everyone

Luxe getaway was practically perfect in every way for our family. It was aesthetically appealing, incredibly comfortable beds, room for everyone, super clean, good location and had everything we needed…and then some! The rooftop was used every night of our stay. Beautiful views and gorgeous sunsets. The balconies were great morning coffee moments and the side yard accommodated everyone for cool morning breakfast. Everyone enjoyed the property and all its offerings and we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Denver area.

Perfect location

Townhouse is super cute and as described. It was our first time in Denver and we found the location really good. We walked to the Sloan lake in the AM and could easily get to the other areas of Denver.
