This beautiful home 3.800 sqft has 4 bedrooms that include 2 king , 2 queen beds, also one full size sofa bed and additional king bed in the basement. With 2.5 bathrooms. Up to 10 people can stay here. Also, three living rooms, one includes a fire place and two others has tv's. This home has a huge kitchen equipped with all your cooking needs. Big spacious backyard with an outdoor seating area. Our home is very spacious, warm and welcoming to guests visiting for a home away from home! Our house is good for families ( with kids) or couples. You’ll love our home because of coziness!!!

Excellent experience

We stayed here for a family reunion and the experience exceeded expectations. The house was very comfortable and spacious. I will definitely be booking this one for future trips.

Family reunion 15 minutes away

With 10 family members from out of state the sleeping accommodations were perfect. Our daughter had small dog and fenced yard was great. Plenty of space for card games and large family room was nice to sit back and relax. Kitchen area was very accommodating with large refrigerator and middle island. Plenty of bathrooms to accommodate. Location was a great distance from the family reunion and other activities like whitewater rafting and sightseeing. We felt blessed to be together at this wonderful home!

Fantastic Facility for a Large Family!

This home really allowed our family to rest, recreate, visit and prepare meals exactly how we imagined. Everything from two dining rooms and large central counter in the kitchen, to the backyard deck and very comfortable beds/bedrooms were absolutely wonderful. The home is centrally located and near grocery stores and larger shopping centers and restaurants. We would absolutely rent this home again!

Excellent location, beautiful and comfortable home!

Our family traveled from Washington DC, Tennessee, And California for our youngest sibling’s wedding. The home is near all major highways, close to the Denver Zoo, Water World, and there are many restaurants and grocery stores within minutes of the home. The home itself has everything you need! The beds were like clouds, the kitchen was wonderful with so many warm touches that made our family feel welcomed. The trampoline was perfect for the little ones as well! Very safe with a zipper for safety. So easy to relay information to and from the host, they are so attentive! I am so thankful to have found this home. Families with children and teens will feel at home.

Great, spacious home

The home was very comfortable and large enough for everyone to have their own bedrooms. The kitchen was beautiful and stocked well; the area near the fireplace was our favorite, with a comfy chair/chaise/ lighting that was perfect for curling up with a good book. The owner was very accommodating and accessible. Overall, totally satisfied with our stay.

The pictures do no justice for how truly beautiful this house was. Larisa is awesome

So first thing first booking was a breeze with Larisa, she was willing to work with our difficult check in and check out times. Then our flight got cancelled causing us to miss a full day of our vacation. Larisa was nice enough to extend our stay for that extra day. The house was equipped with all of our needs. It was clean and gorgeous. With an excellent location. The next time I visit Denver I will be sure to book with Larisa again
