We arrived at our house to find the owner there staying in unit. They hadnt recieved any paperwork about our stay. And then were unwilling to get the house ready for our stay. Called vrbo. They put us up in a hotel for the night after we told them the nedded to fix because we were stuck. Then they told us to find our own accommodations for the rest of the stay. And we would then be reimbursed after the fact. So i have to spend more to have a place for 3 days. Very poor customer service and will be letting everyone i can get to listen how unprofessional and not concerned they really are
