"Checkin was good, the ladies were friendly. When we came back to the hotel for the night we went to our room. TV didn't work, no cups in the room to drink water, the safety latch didn't work (took video of it). We called down to the front desk NO ANSWER!! Let it ring 45 times NO ANSWER!!! DIRTY BATHROOM!! ..."
