"The apartment is extremely well appointed; has everything you need to be away from home and comfortable. The only glitch was VRBO; this property was advertised on Expedia and linked to VRBO. VRBO did not send us the information packet prior to check-in so we didn't have the door code. Fortunately it is a condo and a board member stepped up to get us in touch with owner. Owner was very responsive! It was VRBO that dropped the ball."

"Close to beaches, clean but dated room. Lighting in room is poor. I would suggest higher wattage lightbulbs. Shower had good pressure and enough hot water. It was a quiet place handy to beaches and restaurants."

"The cottage was as advertised. It was small but very well stocked with a great utilization of space. Everything was clean and comfy. The bath towels were so thick and luxurious. There were games, an iron/iron board, and well stocked kitchen and anything we needed for a comfortable stay. Management was very responsive and even came in to change the sheets when we found stains on them. We enjoyed our time in Cape Cod."

"The studio was exactly as portrayed by the pics. It was clean and well appointed (but you have to bring your own towels and sheets). Two beach chairs are provided. Parking is not ideal as you have to walk on the street to get to your car (fairly short walk) but should be fine unless you have difficulty walking. There was a problem with the hot water when I got there but Erin and Tom were very apologetic and stayed in touch with me until it was corrected. They were wonderful hosts. I would rent...

"Great place for a short weekend stay! Host was wonderful and accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs and very responsive. Was greeted by sweet treats and a bottle of wine right in the door. Good distance from things to do! Weren’t able to enjoy the beach due to weather unfortunately but it was easy to get to walking or driving. Would recommend!"

"We used the place as somewhere to crash after a day of sightseeing. Very small so not a place to spend the day. It was just my wife and me so not too bad. Any issues I had were a result of me not thoroughly reading the description. For example, renters should bring their own sheets and towels. I missed this but fortunately Ingrid had a spare set. All things considered, price/value made it a good choice."

"My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay. The place is small but has everything you will need to come back to after a long day exploring Cape Cod. The location is great for a short walk to the nearest beach and is pretty central to all of the nearby towns. We would book again!"

"We had a wonderful time staying here. It was the perfect spot for a quiet getaway. Not only do you have a beautifully decorated studio to stay in, but it’s full of all these little gems like a sun hat for outside, a fire pit table out back, a game board with checkers and chess, a small tv that has Netflix, extra fans and plenty of kitchen supplies for a meal in.
