"The area was super quiet and pitch black at night. The tent was cute and perfect size. We however did not end up staying. It was super smokey, when I opened the stove to add wood even more smoke poured from it. Being from eastern Kentucky those are what we had and they shouldn't do that, so I'm thinking the pipe was getting clogged. If not for that it would have been super cozy."

"We were overly impressed by the cleanliness of the home! Everything was perfect- from the decor to having anything that we could need! The weather didn’t cooperate to use the pool too much, but there were fun backyard games and games in the garage! Beds were comfortable and there was not one complaint all weekend! "

But everything was satisfactory. If we have the opportunity to come back to Indiana again we will look for this place. "

Some of the listing details and pics need to be updated but overall the apartment and property was a unique and comfortable stay, that provided just the right environment for my adult kids with their loved ones and I to gather and grill for the holiday. The portable air unit keeps the downstairs liveable during a 90° day but the upstairs as you'd expect...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cedar Sunset on the Lake! The home was extremely clean and provided every necessity that you could ever need! The bed and furnishings were extremely comfortable and by far the best I’ve experienced in a rental property. The lake was right out the back door and we spent a lot of time on the dock while the kids were always in the lake and provided paddle board. The home was also in close proximity to Crown Point, but the town of Cedar Lake offered everything...
