Your family will have a wonderful time staying in this modern single story,

3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation cabin. As you enter the front door from the covered

front porch equipped with a gas grill, you'll discover an open and airy floor

plan living, dining, and kitchen area that features a freestanding gas

fireplace, a large monitor with Blu-Ray entertainment, a fully equipped

kitchen complete with a dishwasher, a laundry cubby with a washer and dryer,

plus a breakfast bar and a family dining table. From the hallway, you'll

discover one full bathroom, one bedroom featuring 2-queen sized beds, another

bedroom featuring an additional 2-queen sized beds, and a primary bedroom

featuring 1-king sized bed, plus another full bathroom en-suite. Just outside

the back door you'll discover a brand new covered HOT TUB! This pet-friendly

(2 Pet Maximum No Exceptions), Wi-Fi equipped and monitored family vacation

property will sleep up to 10-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests

enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,

backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,

whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and

golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing,

snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your

camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for

Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as

the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures

are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation

refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.



**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this

regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate

eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written

Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private

residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring

homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them

at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They

should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in

advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests

seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via

a different provider.
