"The location is ideal and it's very cute and comfortable. The kitchen is a very nice size and the entire house was immaculate. It was super easy to get to and parking was right to the door. The host Gloria was excellent answering each and every one of my questions almost immediately after I sent them. We do plan on coming back again. Thank you for sharing with us."

"The thermostat was broke and would not heat -above 53 degrees Fahrenheit. Luckily there were two space heaters in the apt (which kind of makes me think the owner know this) we shut bedroom door and turned on the space heaters when we got to room. It never warmed up. The keypad was frozen when we left this morning and I sent messages to owner early this morning. He has still not responded to me. It was way too cold to enjoy. "Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,...

"Location, location, location! This is the perfect spot for easy access to adorable downtown Saint Charles. It’s quite roomy and very clean and new inside despite being an old building. It was a great stay for my family of 2 adults and two teens, who used the upstairs loft as their own private hangout. Having parking included is very convenient.
