Daytime Desk clerk Kayann is AMAZING. Very helpful and informative. MINOR ISSUES: Air conditioning in the lobby was in need of repair and the desk clerk said she has advised management, but it hasn't been resolved. Exterior first floor hallway area is accessible to the public...does not lock so that there is no access...

"When I first got there there was no one at the front desk, I ring the bell and no one. A sign says to pick up the lobby phone. Finally someone comes and I get checked in. I go to my room and it’s dirty. My socks were stained black and I was only there one night. The sheets had various stains on them which was concerning. Also, the curtains were riddled with holes and stains somehow. I didn’t expect much but at least standard hygiene practices to be met. On top of all that the walls are paper...

"We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed ourselves. Room was clean. Continental breakfast was nice and included hot items. Our air conditioning wasn't working but staff had it repaired within an hour on a Saturday night! There's a great Italian restaurant across the street. We would definitely stay again!"

"Don’t stay in room 226 the beds are squeaky and did not get a good not sleep .We had four people in room they only gave us 3 towels. Needed extra pillows they didn’t have that either. If you’re looking for a continental breakfast this isn’t the place for that.Its next to highway and our window was by it so traffic was loud ."

"The renovations have greatly enhanced the property. All was very fresh. Staff was what one would expect. Proper attitudes. Kids enjoyed the pool. In all fairness, kids would have enjoyed the water were it a muddy creek. Breakfast was standard fare, but well prepared. Bottom line...I certainly will return in the future."
