"We've been coming to 30A for 7 years and this property was the best home we've stayed in. Location was perfect and a short walk to the beach and multiple restaurants/shops. Neighborhood was quiet and the house is quite close to the tennis/pickelball courts and one of two pools. The beds were very comfortable and the home was spotless. We also appreciated that it was well-stocked for cooking meals. 10/10 recommend!"

"This long weekend with our children and grandchildren was perfection!! The house layout was perfect, the location was perfect and the beach/weather cooperated too! We would definitely rent this again. On a separate note, RealJoy that manages the property is excellent and stays in constant contact making sure all is well!! LOVED this trip/house!"

"We enjoyed staying in this Grayton beach historic home. There is a lot to love about this quirky cabin. The Grayton shuttle makes this location more desirable as they pick you up and drop you off right across the street. The drivers are friendly and helpful - a wonderful service. I’m not giving a 5 star bc the kitchen is lacking and so is lighting on the back porch. The washer and dryer are outside making it difficult to do laundry in the dark or in the rain- the only time i want to do laundry....

"Such a beautiful home with all stated amenities. The community was beautiful and quiet. Our only complaint was the 0.5 mile walk to the beach and the 4 flights of stairs that you had to go down to get to the beach. Overall the home, beaches, shopping, and food were all fabulous! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!"

"This property is nestled deep on the bayside of Sandestin. The golf cart makes moving all throughout the community SO easy. Plenty of privacy and great location. The bottom floor seemed to be updated recently, but the second floor doesn’t look to be updated at all. Besides the second floor needing a bit of TLC, everything else was great. The screened back porch was perfect for late night sitting and relaxing. The “fourth” bedroom is a bunk in the open loft area between the two upstairs...

"The pictures were an understatement to the space itself. The property itself was beautiful and very accommodating. Lovely views of the beach an amazing theater and game room. Very classy space and offers essential items needed in the kitchen. The family loved the space and location is within a block of the outlets and restaurants. A 24 hour CVS is within walking distance."
