The light on the first floor doesn't work, so its almost completely dark in the evening, the steps are narrow and steep and hard to handle luggage in, and the neighbourhood is not the best (my taxidrivers rate it from medium to bad). "The listing was not accurate. Stated there were 2 queen beds, I measured them with my crochet tape measure and they were 51 x 72, smaller than a standard full size bed. There were 3 people on our reservation, we had 4 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, no hand towel or kitchen towels.
