While the indoor pool and hot tub remain open, the outdoor pool deck and private beach access point at this complex are currently closed and is expected to open by mid-July 2025. The indoor pool and hot tub are both open! There are still many accessible beach access points nearby in the meantime. This complex currently has a beach access point that is less than a 2 minute walk from Grand Coquina. It's located just one building over past Marbella Condominiums. Current prices reflect amenity closures and are as shown. Please be aware that from now until the outdoor pool is completed, there will be some construction noise during weekdays.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
