Complejo frente al mar - Piscina climatizada - 2 dormitorios / 2. Condominio de 5 baños - Apto para familias

  • CDM-23 ... conocido por nosotros como 'El sueño de Kerry' ... es más grande que la mayoría de las casas de rancho. No se siente como su típico condominio de playa. Además, la unidad se ha actualizado continuamente.

    - Todos los muebles de sala nuevos
     - Nuevos muebles de dormitorio principal
     - Nuevos muebles de comedor
     - Servicio de televisión por cable HD actualizado
     - Se agregó Internet de banda ancha w. Wifi
     - Nuevo 48 'HD Smart TV w. DVR en la sala de estar
     - Televisor LED de pantalla plana de 40 "w. Reproductor de DVD en el Master BR
    - TV de pantalla plana LED de 32 "en el Guest BR

    Tanto el baño principal como el baño de visitas se actualizan / modernizan. Además, pintura nueva en toda la unidad.

    Ahora tenemos una cocina NUEVA con encimera de granito y barra de desayuno.

    También NUEVO para 2016. Si está dispuesto a pagar un depósito de garantía reembolsable de $ 250 con cheque (personal o bancario) en lugar del seguro de protección de propiedad de $ 59, podemos aplicar un descuento al monto total del alquiler.     Estamos a solo 5 minutos a pie de la histórica avenida Flagler ... donde encontrará tiendas, restaurantes y bares. Llegue al CDM ... luego estacione el auto. La vida es mucho más fácil de esta manera.

    Pero cuando necesita provisiones, también estamos a solo 1/2 milla de la ruta. 44 donde hay un supermercado Publix, una licorería y una farmacia. Hay varios restaurantes de moda en esa área también.

    Tenga en cuenta que, como decimos en el "Resumen", nuestra unidad es de 2 niveles (2 pisos). Y nuestro piso inferior está subiendo un tramo de escaleras desde el nivel del suelo. Nuestro piso inferior tiene la cocina, comedor, sala de estar y tocador. Nuestra planta superior tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños completos. Hay una lavandería común que funciona con monedas a unas pocas unidades de la nuestra.

The condo was perfect for us. Coronado Del Mar is close to shops and great restaurants (don’t miss Tony and Joe’s for great food while looking at the ocean.)Plus you can enjoy the heated pool and meet great people. Highly recommend!

Property was as described. Check in was a little late due to cleaners but communication was good. Pool was closed for service. Perfect location within walking distance to Flagler Ave. Easy beach access and parking directly in front of the unit. Very comfortable.

Excellent condo and location

My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute! We love NSB and this location was perfect to walk into town or out to eat. The unit was exactly as listed and had everything we would need. The beach is great for walking and the pool looked right out at the ocean. We would definitely return!

Wonderful home in excellent location

This location is perfect for a low-key family vacation. The pool and grounds were very clean. The condo was very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking apparatus. There were beach chairs and beach toys for the family to use. Very well laid out and very peaceful. This was a very enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay at New Smyrna. Right on the beach. Calm environment (beach and rental). Good communication with host. Lots of toys and beach accessories. Would go back again.

AWESOME

There is the Ocean beach walkway right on the beach. While on the beach it is only a 4 minute walk to Flagler Ave. The rooms are clean with plenty of room. The boogie boards and chairs are great amenities. Definitely would reccomend and stay here again.

Great visit to NSB!

We loved the location, property and condo itself! It had everything we needed and Len was very responsive. The property manager was easily accessible and gave us ideas of where to visit and eat. We LOVED that the pool was basically right on the beach...we spent a lot of time there! The condo had everything we needed to feel at home. We definitely recommend this property!

Great location

This property was just as described. Location a huge plus I really enjoyed the pool and the beach access. We stayed with four adults and two children. We had plenty of room and the extra bathroom on the main floor was a benefit. Both the host and on-site manager were excellent to work with.

The resort is in an older but well maintained property. The unit is close to the street so there is some street noise but it’s not terrible. We liked that each unit had its own assigned parking space. We also loved the fact that the downtown area is only about a 10 minute walk. The resort is on the driving part of the beach which can get pretty congested but if you walk 15 min in either direction it calms down. The unit itself has been updated and is furnished really nicely. The kitchen is well stocked and you can literally make anything you want with all of the pots, pans, etc. There’s a large screen tv in the living room as well as tvs in each bedroom. There is a balcony but it overlooks the parking lot next door with just a slight slight of the ocean at a distance. The pool area is really nice and the pool water was warm. There is also plenty of seating around the pool. I’m not sure if the dredge pump and pipes are still laying across the length of the beach but they do detract from the natural beauty of the coastline. Unfortunately there’s nothing you can do about that if you stay anywhere on this stretch of beach.We enjoyed our month long stay at this resort and felt that it was a good value.

Great location on a great beach

Overall, Len was extremely easy to work with. His instructions were detailed, clear, and easy to follow. It was a little odd not having staff available around the clock, but it was also nice not being bothered by lots of other resort traffic on the property. Just a note for others considering renting here: it's not a hotel or resort. There is no one to bring you extra towels, trash bags, paper towels, etc. So if you are accustomed to using hotel staff for those kinds of needs, this is not your place. This is a more independent experience, and while that might not be ok for some people, we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The entire property was low key, quiet, and zero traffic. Thanks for a great stay, we will consider coming back for sure.

2024 July Great Location!

This was our 2nd stay with Len at this location. Obviously we would not have returned if we didn't like it. We had a very similar experience as the previous year. Pros: - location, location, location - pool is not crowded - check in is extremely easy, even if you arrive late - independent feel, nobody from the facility bothers you - Len helped us out on the last day regarding our checkout (very appreciated) - parking is convenient, even if you have a guest visit Cons: - very few disposable supplies - beach towels can't be used at the beach - some parts of the unit could use an update Again, we wouldn't have come again if we didn't like it, but the first time we only stayed a few days and this time we stayed for a week. During our short stay last year, we didn't really run out of things. This year we did. That meant we had to buy toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, hand soap, etc. To be fair, the listing did say it included "startup" supplies and that was true. Unfortunately, we had to buy things that we feel are basic amenities, especially given that we were flying to Florida from the other end of the country. Beach towels are in the same category. It's tough to carry large towels across the family for an entire family. As for the unit, it is as-described and fully functional. Some parts are updated, but things like the bathrooms appear to be very original and/or old and leave a little to be desired. Overall it was another great experience. Thanks!
