Our studio condo is located right on the beach! The room has two queen beds that can sleep four and a table that can sit 4. This unit is independently owned and operated.

If anything is not clear, please do reach out to ensure that we can accommodate you the best we can.

Our unit has a balcony where you can sit with two Adirondack chairs and a little table to hold your drinks while you enjoy and relax with the ocean breeze and direct ocean front view.
The space
Please note, our WI-FI is provided by Spectrum. We are not responsible for occasional outages or provider related issues.
Other things to note
Please note, we are not a traditional hotel and are offering personal property for the use and enjoyment of other guests.

We have recently performed a gut renovation and the unit is brand new.

● 24-hour coin laundry on premises.

● NO TRAILER parking allowed on property.

● Pool and direct beach access are OPEN.

● NO SMOKING/VAPING

● AC/HEAT: Our complex's cooling/heating systems are shared by all units. Each unit has a thermostat that can turn the system ON or OFF. The Condominium Association controls whether the system is set to cooling or heating mode, depending on the weather.
● We are a no smoking unit, but we cannot control the other units and/or guests and what they choose to do.

● Ironing board available in unit.
