Hurricane Damage Information: Like all properties along this stretch of beach, the home's private beach steps and seawall were destroyed and need time to be rebuilt. Because the seawall must be rebuilt before the steps, the beach steps are closed indefinitely and we do not currently have a timeline for reopening them. All rates have been lowered to reflect the beach steps being closed. In the meantime, the nearest open beach access is just two houses away!

Please note that for security, we do not include identifiable exterior photos of the home. However, this home is truly oceanfront and includes everything on the oceanfront deck described below.

Set directly on the ocean, this historic, spacious home offers privacy and luxury for your next gathering of family and friends. Originally built over 100 years ago in the Roaring Twenties, this retreat strikes the perfect balance of history and modern luxury. The original owners even built the back room with the stained glass window as a speakeasy during Prohibition!

You'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders as you enter this luxurious oceanfront paradise. The open floor plan lets the Atlantic Ocean greet you the moment you walk in, with grand floor to ceiling windows along the back of the home. To the right of the entrance, glass French doors open to a lovely oceanfront office that has been converted into an additional bedroom, with a twin bed that conveniently transforms into a king bed.

Pass through the oceanfront living room to the large formal dining room, which seats 8 so your whole group can dine together at one table. Right off the dining room, the vast custom kitchen features a large island and a French door refrigerator and is stocked with all the cooking essentials. A full size laundry room sits near the kitchen, and through the kitchen you'll find a uniquely medieval themed bar and family room. A half bathroom is located by the stairs on the first floor.

Head upstairs to discover three more bedrooms. The oceanfront primary suite is a true private retreat, with a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a furnished sitting area that opens onto a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The adjoining primary bathroom features his and hers vanities, a large walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub along the oceanfront windows, so you can soak while taking in the views. The first guest bedroom is vibrantly furnished with a queen bed, and the second guest bedroom has two full beds, a flat-screen TV and its own oceanfront balcony. A full bathroom sits between the two guest bedrooms. Altogether, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.

Through the living room, step out to your private oceanfront backyard retreat. A sprawling brick paver deck overlooks pristine sand, with vibrant lounge chairs and a shaded outdoor daybed where you can soak up the Florida sun while listening to the waves. The outdoor dining area includes a fire pit table, perfect for homemade s'mores and a glass of wine, and a bubbling hot tub is yours to enjoy after a day of fun in the sun. Around the side of the house, you'll even find a fun mini golf course.

Please note this home sits on a drivable portion of the beach.

This home can accommodate up to 3 full size vehicles, with 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage. Guests traveling with motorcycles can store up to 6 motorcycles in the garage in place of the garage vehicle. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request. There is also an exterior security camera at the front door.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy shown on Airbnb applies and we only need a copy of your ID for stays of 28 nights or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
