With its gorgeous interior and cozy atmosphere, you'll feel right at home. The townhome features a washing machine, AC, iron, WiFi, heating, a hair dryer and ample parking in the rear. The marble mosaic bathroom is well-equipped for your needs. Experience what Dayton has to offer with a stay at our beautiful well decorated home. Our
interior designers have put in hours of time to create this masterpiece of great design but livable space.
Painstaking attention to detail was done to make this home comfortable & inviting! It takes you back to a time long gone & only assessable from those who are willing to make the beautiful details come alive.
The home is visually inviting again to a new generation of admirers.
Beautiful mature trees line the mansion laden street which creates a canopy of walkable shade. As you turn the key one imagines going back in time with the warmness of the wood through out the townhome the dining room has adequate seating & the kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite countertops grabs you as you have conversation over a warm cup of coffee ☕️ please come to your home away from home that we are sure you will have a hard time leaving.   • This nifty metropark in downtown Dayton is a combination of farmer's market and local craft sale with food stands. It's only open Thursday - Saturday. Great place to pick up some local produce or dairy or honey, get some lunch while enjoying live music, and find a couple nifty local knick-knacks. It is inside the building (some stalls sprawl into the parking lot when the weather is nice) so rain or shine doesn't matter, and no pups.

Nice place, sketchy neighborhood, bathroom needs work

The place is very nicely decorated, just like in the pictures. I think it's better suited for 4 than 5, though. The kitchen only has 4 plates, 4 glasses, and 4 mugs. The bathroom, though pretty, needs work. The shower curtain is way too long, and because it is a claw foot tub, needs one on both sides and is missing one causing a lot of water to escape when showering. There are no towel racks or hooks anywhere so there is no place to hang towels. Lighting everywhere is poor. There are a lot of lamps, but no outlets to plug them in. On the last day, we ran out of toilet paper. The dishwasher didn't work.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was decorated and looked inside. The host was available anytime I needed him. The house wasn’t FULLY stocked like kitchen items but all in all I was really obsessed with the decor and time he took to set it up

Great location

Beautiful property in a great location( just like the photo) , me and my sorority sisters enjoyed the property, the area is quiet and close to freeways and downtown, the host communication was great, any issues he immediately responded, were in town for homecoming weekend. If in town again i would i stay here again..
