Welcome to your new vacation rental in the quite community of Watersong. Watersong itself offers guests the security of a gated community, a luxurious spacious Clubhouse,landscaped grounds and conservation area surrounded by woodlands.
A resort pool and spa, fitness center,Volleyball Court, children's playground and picnic facilities are available to all guests free of charge during your stay. Gym and access to the communal pool are included in your Club House access. The community is ideally located for over 22 high quality 18 - hole golf courses including the prestigious Providence Golf Club which is only 5 minutes away. Most of the courses are open to you.
In this villa you can enjoy the proximity to the club house and still enjoy the tranquility of your own private pool and hot tub with an amazing conservation view. You can relax with your whole family on the extended pool deck on sunny days. If there should be some rain on your holiday there is plenty to do in the spacious house. Our brand new tiled game room has a tennis table,pool and foosball table. In addition we provide a BBQ grill for you to use during your stay, which is free of charge if you clean it. The house is furnished with high quality furniture in a European style.The living room is equipped with a brand-new 70'' TV , in addition every bedroom has its own flat screen TV.
WiFi internet is avaible for you and your party to enjoy. Also included are local telephone calls.

The house fit our group of 9 perfectly. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen is very big & easy for more than one person to be working in it. The view was very nice. The backyard was very private. Our 3 grandchildren loved the heated community pool, hot tub and playground, that was just 2 houses away from this house. (The weather was cool, so we decided not to heat the pool at the house, since we would be gone most of the time.) There’s a really nice game room set up in the garage (foosball, pool table, ping-pong table). But our grandchildren were a little young and the adults were too tired (from Disney) to use it. ;-) Next time we hope to play some games out there.I really appreciated how Ingrid answered any questions I had immediately. She even arranged to take care of a minor issue the very day it happened, which was 2 days before Christmas! She actually called me all the way from Germany on the house phone to help get it worked out. The house is about 30 minutes away from all the major parks, which was very doable. I would definitely rent from Ingrid again if we return to visit the Disney parks. The pictures in the listing is a very good representative of the house. You won’t be disappointed.

Family Summer Trip

We enjoyed the house, the only thing we didnt like, was that the game room was extremely hot due to it being in the garage, so we couldn’t utilize that room like we wanted to. The pool/jacuuzzi heat not working at night was something we didn’t like about the property either, so we couldn’t use the pool at night, the water was too cold for our liking . Other than those 2 things the property was EVERYTHING!

Superb villa with great pool and location

The villa was lovely and had everything we could have wanted. It was well situated with easy access to major attractions and the road network. The villa itself offered plenty of space with new appliances. There was a large secluded pool to relax in which offered peace and quiet with views to the lake and trees beyond. We will definitely return.

Great stay, just as pictured. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Neighborhood was great, took a couple of walks and everyone was friendly.Had to work remotely during the stay and internet for video conference calls worked perfectly.

2nd time visit

This was our 2nd stay at this villa with our family. It is a great place to spend quality time. We spent many nights teaching our teenagers the game of pool in the games room. The pool is where we spent most of our time. It’s spacious and the view of the wildlife was always entertaining. The rooms were all very clean. Ingrid is very quick to respond to any messages. She is a great host.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this home. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with the host was smooth and detailed, making the process hassle free. Upon arrival the home was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing us with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch ensuring that we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect just minutes away from Disney Parks within a gated community. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. We will definitely stay there again!

Awesome Property

Me and my husband booked this property last minute for our mini-moon after our wedding. The property looks just as shown in the pictures and is very spacious! Outdoor pool and hot tub area offers plenty of seating for larger families. Communication with the owner was a breeze from beginning to end. Will DEFINITELY be back!

Perfect home away from home

Our family had an incredible time at this property. The house was exactly as listed with everything you could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were clean and the perfect temperature with a great view. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway.

This house was very spacious and I loved that the house had a bathroom and TV in each bedroom so that each of my adult children and their spouses could revert to their spaces at the end of the day. The pool and game room was amazing and got used a lot. Unfortunately the there was a slow leak under the kitchen sink and the dishwasher didn’t work. Sometimes things happen unexpectedly, but the host Ingrid was super responsive. It was a gated community with security which I thought was going to be an issue with door dash deliveries. To our surprise, there was no issue. I would highly recommend this place especially for families who want to have peace of mind and enjoy an amazing stay! Thank you Ingrid for your amazing home and your quick response!

It's got everything you need

Plenty of room for our family of 7 adults (over 3 generations). Having an en-suite bathroom in each of the bedrooms was particularly useful. The gates to the community are manned by security, for that extra piece of mind, and the community itself was very quiet. (Although, the British school holidays have not yet started.) We spent most of our days at the Disney or Universal parks, but made good use of the pool and outdoor space whenever we got back. The villa is as described and is equipped with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house!

This was a great stay! The house is fantastic! I really enjoyed the vaulted ceilings and the rooms were plenty big for my family. They mostly enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The neighborhood is also very nice. I would definitely stay here again.
